Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 months ago and have yet to receive the 2 bikini I ordered. Contacted customer service and it seems that I get a generic response just telling me sorry they are backed up. Told them to refund my money or at least give me some type of communication as to when they are shipping out. I look on their website and it's just a slap on the face because in the front page it says they ship out in 3-5 days. Here I am 2 months later. Stay away. Go to fashionova or other better websites

DO NOT ORDER HERE Slow/Terrible Customer Service
We had previously ordered from this company during the pandemic and it took 2 months to get the items. We figured that was because of pandemic and decided to give them another chance. I ordered 2 bathing suits for my wife 2.5 months (January 3rd) before we were to go on a trip. Both suits showed as "in stock" on the website. However now 4 months ago later we still do not have tge items. I emailed multiple times over that 4 months. I was told in February that 1 suit was now on backorder and would slow the whole order (even though it was in stock when I ordered). I was then told "release date should be next week" on March 26th. Then on April 10th told "new release date is April 15th", even though the company sent a seperate spam marketing email saying that these suits were "in stock". Then April 25th I sent an email asking "whats the new excuse" to which I got no response until May 2nd when I got an email stating my order had been cancelled by Plumeria.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If you don't pay full price for their items, they won't give you a refund. NO WHERE does it say that on their website. It says "Final sale items" aren't eligible for a refund. I pre-ordered the swimsuits so they were not final sale. The swimsuits are cheap, crappy material that slide off. Not worth the money at all. Avoid ordering from this company because you will be giving them your money for crappy product that you won't wear and can't get a refund for.

Lost return/ funds for return not returned
Hi All,
I have purchased a beautiful Magnolia bikini, unfortunately I have lage 32 F natural boobs therefore the wire under the bra was too soft and was not holding the bra in one place.
I will advise plumeria to replace this wire with something stronger.
I have returned the bikini as advised by Plumeria, it was posted on 30th June 2021.
Today's date is the 8th of August 2021 :(( (
I still have not received my return funds even though I have emailed Plumeria a few times to check if they receive the return parcel.
Looks like now I am with no bikini and with no money on my account.

I'm quite surprised I'm even writing a positive review for Plumeria, as I 100% expected 1. the item to not arrive 2. for the item to be of terrible fit & quality, this was assumed from all the negative reviews I've seen. Ive constantly seen this particular bikini be advertised on instagram, and every time ive ended up in the check out page; I've chickened out after re-reading all the negative reviews. But the other day I saw a review that by paying by PayPal you'd be covered, so I decided to take the plunge and order the bikini set that I've been eyeing up for so long (I also got the easter discount too!). Ordered on 9th April, Tracked and delivered 13th of April. Yes...in 4 days..! not only that..but damnnnn it fits, and it looks just as unique and cool as on the advertisement. They have definitely stepped up their game! The only thing I would recommend to them, is to maybe try and make the underwire a bit softer if possible, and to offer the bikini in different colours! other than that, my boyfriend loves it, and all I have to do now is get into shape! Thank you, I'll definitely be a returning customer, please create more unique and cute designs! Kitana x
Awful customer service and refund policy
I ordered a swimsuit at the end of June, a month later my order still hadn't arrived despite receiving confirmation of shipping and a tracking number which was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days by Fedex. I contacted the company to advise that my order had not been delivered and for a refund - their response: it's been shipped so no refund. Luckily I paid through PayPal and escalated the claim to PayPal to get my money back. Awful customer service.
