Excellent service - especially Ian Burns who was always there to help and had a lot of knowledge, he helped me through the process and would always pick up the phone straight away to help with any questions I had. I didn’t have much knowledge being a first buyer, however Ian eased the process.

Highly recommended from start of application to completion
We have nothing but praise for Plumlife with the acquisition of the property. We primarily had Ian Burns working on our behalf who was nothing short of fantastic. He made the acquisition of the property as smooth and as hassle free as it could possibly be from the initial phone call to completion of the property and dealt with everything in a friendly professional manner. We cant possibly recommend him highly enough. A credit to plumlife.

I work with developers Urban Splash on…
I work with developers Urban Splash on the PR and Communications for Park Hill. I have been fortunate to have been on the project for many years. Over much of that time the building manager for Phase 1 has been Gamal Martin, known to everyone as Jim. I just felt it was time to recognise the great job he does and to appreciate how much he cares for the upkeep of the place and how he is such a well known and trusted figure of the community. He and I have worked together on resident events and he has always been so helpful with all the many varied activities I present him with including accommodating the media, film and photography requests. We have been through lots of challenges and had a lot of fun along the way. Ultimately he is such a lovely guy who always has a smile and I am pleased to say he has turned from a colleague into a friend. There is not just one date for this experience - it's past, present and I hope future........

Great service
Great service, explanations and patience with first time buyers from Ian. He went through everything in plenty of detail. We appreciated the good mortgage brokers and solicitors that he advised.

Fantastic company with amazing staff
Great customer service from Kelly and Ian. Available when needed and helped the process of buying our first home as a family go so smoothly especially with the run up to Christmas. We were worried that we wouldn’t be in our home in time for Christmas but Ian pulled out all the stops to ensure we were. I couldn’t recommend them higher. So friendly and always went above and beyond for us. I would give 10 stars if that was possible

Amazing first-time buying experience with Plumlife!
Where do I even start?.... I now live in my dream home and it is all thanks to Ian Burns, who has been so amazing, personable and professional throughout the entire purchasing process. Ian has made the whole process with Plumlife so smooth and seamless, with constant communication and updates, to providing reassurance and support when certain things didn't go as planned. I was a first-time buyer so had limited knowledge about mortgages initially, but Ian recommended a trusted mortgage advisor and solicitors who literally did everything for me. Ian went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me secure my home and has still been on hand to sort out any issues (minor ones may I add) following moving in, and I know I can still contact him with any future queries, which adds an extra layer of security. I am so grateful to have had such a positive experience with someone who genuinely cares about people and doesn't just want to make quick/thoughtless sales. Ian is an absolute asset to Plumlife and I really hope that he is recognised for all his hard work and dedication towards the company, particularly towards the families that he deals with. My journey with the sales rep has been excellent. Ian and I have been communicating back and forth throughout the buying shared ownership process. Even though it took a while, we finally got there at the end. When presenting the keys, we had a tour throughout the house and he kindly showed me key access points.
