Total lack of support

Total lack of support, items damaged during transport for delivery and not been replaced, items missing off the order so unable to complete task, oorder arrived in bibs and bobs,total shambles. Wouid not rerommend anyone to use them.

Great customer after sales service

I asked for a unit to be returned as it didn't fit properly under my basin. Shamsa was very helpful, organised collection of the returned item. I am vey happy with the professional customer service and speed at which it was dealt with. Well done Plumworld.

My husband purchased a combination…

My husband purchased a combination toilet wash basin suite from plumworld online. Product not fit for purpose. Does not flush toilet tissue or poo away. Have to flush at least three times to clear.
Flush unit failure which is non standard and only available through plumworld. Refused to replace unit untill I provided a video of the soiled toilet waste.
Conclusion do not buy cheap toilet suites that include non standard parts, particularly from plumworld.

What I found amazing about plum world…

What I found amazing about plum world was the the high level of Customer service from a guy called Liam who Who was great helping me out with my problem as I ordered a shower screen too big and needed a smaller one he managed to arrange collection for the old one when delivering the new one I couldn’t recommend this guy or the company More will definitely be using again

Excellent customer service

Had an issue with a failed delivery but Martelle in
Customer Support was brilliant at resolving it, going the 'extra mile', phoning round to get the information needed and coming back to me as promised.
Shame the company they use for delivery wasn't as good at customer service, but she was excellent.

Ordered my macerator on the 2 January…

Ordered my macerator on the 2 January One day later I still haven’t received a receipt all the tracking details Call twice they assured me that it would be sent out today the time now is 8 o’clock at night and we still have no Invoice or tracking number. Surely that’s not what you call customer service disappointed we have A large number of Plumbing goods to be ordered every day we thought we found ourselves a good supplier

Not only did this company illegally…

Not only did this company illegally give out my details and company card number they are now trying to deny it after writing a letter saying sorry plus £60 compensation. I have now had to spend even more time after loosing trade for 4days until my new card arrived to prove this. I did so up yours plumbworld

Missing Parts but no resolution

I purchased a new tap which arrived with missing parts, I contacted Plumworld about 5 weeks ago to inform them and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by them promising they would contact the manufacturer to organise a new part. Sadly after many promises that it would arrive and be told it was on its way, I still haven't received it and had no further communication on when it would arrive.

It's a shame that I'm now left with a faulty tap and got to find a plumber to remove it so I can send it back and ask for my money back.

It would be nice if they sent me a replacement but haven't bothered

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE By CHRIS at Customer Service

When 29% is Excellent & 43% is BAD!!!! Reviews about Plumworld.co.uk. I shouldn't of be surprised about the Poor!!! service I would eventually received.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE By Chris & HE NEEDS MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THIS IS A INDIVIDUAL Error by him!!!!.

11 January 2021. mentioned missing Bath Legs.

13 January 2021. TWO days later got a reply from CHRIS "Missing Bath Legs on its WAY"

CHRIS Reply back "Missing Bath Legs been sent to you & on its way to you, you received the Missing Legs soon"

20 January 2021 I Emailed Chris. No Bath legs.

Chris Reply "I tired to contact DHL to find out about the 1st order from DHL without success maybe it got loss in transit". CHRIS. Maybe this was a "LIE" did you forget. People make mistakes but to cover it up the mistake SHOCKING & DISLOYAL. I asked Chris for the order details & tracking No: of the pervious order you claimed got LOSS in transit. CHRIS you Failed or LIED again by not doing so requested on the previous E-mail.

Chris only gave the information of the second time order confirmed Missing Legs as been delivered 2 days after I received the items.

"I asked the DHL Driver about what happened to the first delivery sent from Plumworld 13 January 2021. He replied" I being doing delivery for DHL in this area for over 4 Years especially this road with lots of renovation going on.
DHL DRIVER" From 12 January 2021 I have delivered on this road 3-4 times, until today maybe 5th time & I can assure you this address as not be requested for delivery until today not before. You have Cctv on your property you will see me on 19 January 2021 delivery to the house opposite yours. I can see you are concerned about the delay & inconvenience it as caused. I will try my best to help. Do you have that pervious Order No:" I'm waiting for Chris from Plumworld to reply back with the failed order No: driver replied" when you received the failed Order No: I will do some enquiries from my manager to find out what happened until then maybe my Manager can help you using your address & apologies with a letter if We DHL are at fault. Probably next week will be on your Road to deliver. So will knock on your door if your tenants are home.

So one last Time.
Can I have the Failed 1st order details?
Chris claimed DHL lost in transit

I need to know who's at fault. If not I just wait for DHL outcome.

I spent over £800 in 2weeks with Plumworld.

Loss Sales

I was estimated by the end of the year I would of spent £9,000 - £11,000 of Transactions.

I will have to notify the person who introduced me to your company the slow terrible service I received when problems occurs.

Chris has still not replied to my request yet.

Sauber Eder Kitchen Tap

Purchased a Sauber Eder Kitchen Tap in Nov 2019 By April 2020 the tap developed a fault I got a replacement in May 2020 which was good but the bargain tap became expensive because unfortunately I needed the services of a plumber to install the replacement. By September 2020 the tap had developed exactly the same fault I have reported it but its radio silence from Plumbworld My dilemma now is "if" I get another replacement I am going to have to pay again for a plumber which will make this tap really expensive I suppose quality/value for money is not a top priority for this company

Bought a Macerator via eBay…

Bought a Macerator via eBay plumbworlduk, Order number: 21-04987-42441. it came with little details of installation. Their Phone is busy all times. No email replies. No online help/chat available any time. Looks like they just sell without service. I regret this purchase.On their website showing 5/5 stars... I am not sure how people give them such rating. I could not get their customer support since purchase in May, until Sept or may be I am the most unlucky!

This is probably the worst company ever…

This is probably the worst company ever for communication. Order promised for Friday delivery waited in all day, no delivery was made and no communication received.
I have now left several emails again no response.
Tried phoning but they do not take calls with regard to queries.
Caught in the revolving door of the lack of customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs if you expect anything like customer service and satisfaction.

Great company would definitely…

Great company would definitely recommend them. Had slight damage on toilet unit lid responded to email straight away and rectified problems with no issues. So please with our new bathroom 👍🏻
