Great Product. I received the Plunge about 6 days after it was shipped. It was super Easy to set it up. The product was very good quality and was made of very good material. I love that it’s a bit taller than my old plunge. When I sit in it, my completely submerged up to my neck.

I really enjoyed the Plunge Chill Cold Plunge. Kept the water nice and cold and came with everything you need.

I need to return a plunge chill. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication amongst family members and someone already ordered one and now we have two. To begin the return request was frustrating, but FINALLY the repeated back and forth emails still have not materialized with the product return steps. (Plunge chill has never been removed from packaging)
Latest email indicates I'm beyond the 30 day return policy! Wrong!!!
Customer Service has been totally appalling to the point where I feel this is all a scam.

Great experience using the long tub. Stood up to freezing temperatures (34°) and ice. Would recommend for a portable tub. I plan to use mine when on camping trips.

I had a problem with my cold plunge machine, and Emilly replied very quickly when I contacted customer service. She was kind, professional, and helped me fix the issue without any stress. What could have been a difficult situation became easy thanks to her. Big thanks to Emilly!

Have had issues with leaks from the valves and the bottom side of the plunge chill max (scratched the concrete too many times). They’ve replaced the cold tub for free both times, always helpful. Products are made pretty good as long as you provide routine maintenance and care. Good prices for efficient equipment.

Plungechill is such a great ice bath, the water is super cold, it sets up and breaks down so easy making it a breeze to bring with you places.

Also the machine is so easy it just needs to be turned on and it starts working its magic, my other ice bath is such a hassle every time because you have to get all the air out before starting it but it’s tricky to do and it takes like 10 minutes just to figure out how to turn it on get get the air out, it’s a pain so this was seriously a game changer having it be sooo easy!!
Also it’s sturdy and very comfy, the black is nice cause it hides little dirt and hair and stuff that gets in there so it’s sleek baby
