Tom is a fantastic person to work with, his knowledge and expertise are great. Working with Pluro has been a huge return on investment and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Tomas was an absolute pleasure to work with. We previously had a bad experience on Upwork, so we were hesitant to try again. However, Tomas was exactly what we were looking for.

He was competent enough to understand exactly what we needed to be completed on the website, he understood the functionality and also understood the aesthetic aspect as well, with some guidance from us on how we wanted certain aspects of the design on the website to look.

The communication was great, Tomas speaks English at a native level of proficiency, so there was absolutely no problem there.

The cooperation was outstanding; not once did Tomas complain that something is not able to be done, rather, he took the feedback we gave to him and brought our vision to life with 0 qualms.

The adherence to the schedule was also excellent, I cannot fault Tomas at all there.

Tomas was also not at all pushy in regards to the payment, which was something we experienced previously. He was very patient, and understood that the payment would be released when the work was completed, to a satisfactory degree. He did not badger us about the payment at all; only requesting its release at the appropriate time.

I would strongly recommend Tomas to anyone who needs work done on their Shopify site. He is easy to work with, easy to get along with, capable of doing what you require and more.

Should we need any further adjustment or changes to the website, he will unequivocally be our first option—and deservedly so.
