Great, friendly and helpful service. Staff were helpful but a number of errors were made with our orders which was a little frustrating - these were immediately rectified with no issues but it is a shame they occured in the first place.

From the initial enquiry to receiving the product, the process was effortless and and extremely quick!

I made an enquiry on a tuesday morning, received a quote back within the hour, a collection was made on the afternoon of the same day of my existing product which was being re-skinned and the new products were delivered 5 working days thereafter! The products are of high quality and perfect for what I need. I was guided by Plus Display over the product to purchase and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! I am extremely happy with the service and will be using them again.

A colleague of mine gave me a very strict deadline to get him a customised banner by Friday and he asked me to do this on Wednesday! I called plus display that same day to ask them what they could do and they told me it takes around 5 days which was no good to me but the lovely lady I spoke to informed me that if I could get the artwork to them by 11am the following day they could speed it up and get it to me by the weekend. I got the artwork to them by the specified time and fortunately it arrived on Friday in the morning which made me ecstatic. I am truly pleased with the service that I received from plus display and they kept me informed throughout.

I recently ordered a Roller Banner Lite from Rollerbannerstands.com. I'm based in the Channel Islands which can often pose a number of delivery and VAT related issues for UK suppliers. I was very pleased with the delivery service offered by this company (ordered on Tuesday, arrived here in Jersey on Saturday), as well as the price paid for the product. It's durable, good quality and a quality finish. The communication provided by Rollerbannerstands.com was equally excellent. I would recommend this company and this product to other marketing professionals.

Reasonably satisfied with the products, after using Plus Display for the first time.
On the A3 poster: small dirty smudge and 1x 2cm long surface scratch and 1x4cm scratch plus small dent to surface. Also also 6cm from top of the board is what looks like a strap mark, which extends right across the width of poster. Feint, but visible when you look carefully.

Some of these marks are more visible than others

Our order for screens was very efficient deat with the art work we provided was perfect for the purpose. This allowed the screens to be printed and delivered in a short time period. Excellent service.

This was the first time I had used Plus Display Ltd and I found their website very easy to follow, particularly with regard to the specification of the artwork required for my roller banner and the method of uploading the file.

Ordered new display stands for Bus Users Scotland and the order was dealt with and processed very efficiently.

Plus Display should be very proud of their team. Whilst I had an idea of what I wanted when I first contacted, I was extremely impressed by the way this was not only progressed efficiently, but enhanced throughout the initial stages of my banner design, and, all the way through to setting the final product. In the end, Plus Display created a banner that was better than the one I wanted!!

The service from the company was First rate, as we were on a very tight deadline, which you kept to. Emma was fantastic. The only minor fault was the lack of instructions on assembly. The frame work we managed to work out, but the installation of the panels, we had problems with. From the photos on the web site and your sales manual. it looked like the end panels followed the frame work around tightly so at first we thought that the frame work was to short to take all the panels. All it would have taken was to provide a diagram of how the panels fit on the frame.
Then after a while we worked our they don't fit tightly and form a self standing loop.
Once we work the display looks great.
We will be using you again.

I dealt with Judith and from start to finish she was fantastic to deal with. I approached Plus Display as I needed pop-up banners for an exhibition at very short notice, 3 days to be precise! In that time the arwork was completed, the banners were produced and they arrived with us in time for the exhibition. The banners are good quality and look very professional.
