They are very slow
They are very slow. they replied my case after one month. while it is written on their website that they take one day only. This time i am still waiting and no response yet. i even tried their cs but they just say you will get call tomorrow.

After a loan application went poorly
After a loan application went poorly, I understood the issue. multiple customer service operators where rude with one answering "write an email" and hanging up- When I called back new operator told me his manager doesn't take calls and refused to pass on her name and covered for her and told me too bad you cant do anything and no complaints department so good bye. His name was 'Albin'.
No problems with loan application process, although deceptive in marketing ie. aimed at people attempting to fix finances but in effect just another bank using computers and credit checks and that can be done anywhere.
