I was not happy when I did not receive paperwork when I made my order I had to call but their phones are not working because of Covid so I emailed them and they emailed me right back and sent me paperwork along with all the information I requested I received my phone case with thin reason.
I ordered my And received it on the 2 of July. And it The delivery time was as advertised. fine as far as I can tell so far the prouduct is working great thus far the case is nice.it is a case that seems protective it is made from heavy silicone
I alway purchase the protective glass to prevent Screen cracking I used the safety glass on my previous phones and never had a main screen crack I did drop it a couple times and he had one of the glasses crack which I removed and put a new one on which was fairly simple is got to get all the air bubbles out but it’s a smart investment to get the glass to go on top of these cases.

Scammers!!! Paid for a faster delivery which should be in 2-3 days. It has been more than 12 days and nothing. Tried to contact many times and no reply at all. Do not do business with them you will have your money robbed. Everyone should raise a chargeback in the bank and claim the money back.

The worst company I have ever done business with, they totally took my money and gave me nothing in return.

I Figured Out an Issue
I rate this product a 3 star based on the vagueness of the instruction manual. To have one single button that controls 5 different functions (on, off, charge case, charge phone, charge both) it'd have been pretty helpful to be more specific on "pressing the button in different ways."
Anyways.. I read several reviews and also thought that my case was defective, too, but I got lucky and figured out the issue without help. Hopefully this information will help some of you, too.
So.. my phone is the Note10+5G.. and with this phone comes a high speed charging cable that actually has a USB-C connection on both ends. The plug on the box is the same as the plug on the phone, basically.
Well.. the phone case only supports the slower charging cables. USB on one end and USB-C on the other. Switching the cables back and forth.. one works and one doesn't.
I could only imagine how many of you just have this issue that technically isn't even a defect.
Give it a try.. hopefully it works for you, too. I'm just glad I figured it out on my own and didn't have to have the same experience with customer service that some of you have had.

Damn. I should have searched for reviews before ordering. I placed an order with ‘expedited shipping’ 10 days ago. Despite being given a tracking number, the Post Office says nothing’s been mailed yet. I have little confidence in the Post Office either, so I emailed Plus Cases directly. Plus Cases literally said they ‘hope’ to get my order in the mail ‘by the end of next week.’ I’m not kidding. It’s only Tuesday. And it’s already been 10 days. How long do orders WITHOUT expedited shipping take? A year? My God. So buyer beware. Learn from my mistake.

Extremely horrible company to deal with. Bait and switch and when confronted with pictures they just quit responding to any communication. Don't do business with them. Case they sent was not what I had order and took 8 weeks to get the wrong one.

Another questionable thing I noticed after making my purchase was their “listed” inventory. The numbers must be randomly generated as all colors of a product always have the same number. And the number will grow and shrink at random.
Really wish I read reviews before ordering. I hope google removes them from top results
This company has been a nightmare to do…
This company has been a nightmare to do business with. Please do not, I repeat, do not do business with them. My case failed after about 4 months but it had a one year warranty. I have been trying to get a warranty replacement for the last three months now. Rather than buy from them, you need to run the other way. Their service has been nothing short of horrendous.
Update: I requested the warranty replacement on February 28. The old case was shipped to them couple days later. Today is May 21 and I still have not received the replacement. And yes, there’s been multiple email conversations and promises from them to address, but still no case.

If I could give this company 1/2 star or zero I would. I placed an order on April 15th for a MagSafe Battery pack. First of all, way overpriced. Secondly, I never received an email with an order number but my card was charged. It’s been 3 weeks and no clue where it is. They claim they need the order number but why can other companies look up by name, address or even cc number? They don’t even take calls during Covid - which makes no sense. So now I have to communicate via email which is slow. I have no choice to dispute the charge to get my money back. So frustrating. This company really is poorly managed. Do not shop here!

Substandard product- not match order
I ordered a phone case for Iphone XR. This is a case with additional 4800mah battery. The case was assumed to be aluminum and waterproof.
The product received is a plastic case with 3600mah battery and not waterproof.
I sent several messages with confirmation of the order form and photo of the product received.
No follow-up from them since sending proof of wrong product received.
Worst Customer Service Ever
Unfortunately, the same as a lot of other people. The battery case worked fine for about 3 weeks then stopped working. I would have been ok if they would have honored their warranty, but their plan is to wear you down with lack of responses to inquiries to the point where you give up. Stay away from this company!

I purchased a case from this company but bought wrong case. I contacted them and they let me return it at my expense. I ordered the right one but within two weeks the connection on phone with every call was distorted. I emailed them and three times they sent me same exact information about charging troubleshooting. Not my problem. Then I realized they did not refund my money for first case 135 dollars. They now do not return my emails . They do not accept calls. They have stolen over 220 dollars from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are cons. P
