The Plus case for the iPhone12 Pro case…

The Plus case for the iPhone12 Pro case works intermittently and does not support charge through with my lightning cable. I wish I had done more research before I wasted my money on this case. Reaching out to customer support has been useless as well. Overall, a very poor experience and would recommend against purchasing this case as it does not meet expectations for a battery case.

Poor customer service/item was not as described!!

I recently bought a charger case for my iPhone 6s, that was advertised for a 6s. First of all, they delivered it to the wrong address and I had to drive over there to pick it up. When I got home and opened it up, it was way too big for my 6s. I contacted the customer service department and they admitted no wrong. I sent it back to the company for a refund and they have had it for 4 days(I had tracking) and they have not tried to contact me to say they received it, or to give me my refund. I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend this company to anyone.

It took two weeks to get the pouch which is claimed to be for iPhone 12. When it’s arrived I can see right away that it’s gigantic! This company lies selling old model cases for iphone 7 plus, like new cases for iphone 12. I wish I was able to gave them negative stars.

I ordered a Mophie case for the Samsung…

I ordered a Mophie case for the Samsung S20 Ultra. I waited two weeks for the item to be shipped. The paperwork was created, but there was no shipment. I finally looked them up on the internet to ask questions, and there was no response. I had to dispute the charge, which my credit card handled.
The only way this will change is to stop ordering anything from this rubbish company. Let them go out of business as they have no want to do business.
They have no reason to be in business. Save yourself the trouble and never order anything from them.
I had to give 1 star in order to write a review, but they do not even deserve that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. I placed an order on october 20. On the 22nd I received an email that the item was shipped. A few days later, I tracked the package, but it said that the shipping label was created, and not that the item actually shipped. Two weeks went by, and I never received the product. I called, it says nobody is answering phones due to covid. I emailed. I sent a message via the website. No responses, ever. And then I finally found them on Facebook and sent them a message. They responded a few days later. I gave them all my information and they stopped responding. I reached out to my credit card company and they disputed the charge. Then they finally responded on Facebook, and said that they wouldn’t do anything because I cancelled with my credit card company. Pluscases.com is a horrible business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Such a huge scam!!

Credit card company had to refund me

Ordered once, nothing came. Ordered a second time, nothing came. Found all the evidence of fraud on this site and others. Called my credit card company and they refunded me. Plus cases not as fraudulent as Trump, i suppose, but still not worth your time.

They have had my money for 3 weeks

They have had my money for 3 weeks, but have not shipped product. Only one response to numerous emails, claiming they would send product a week ago. Has not been sent. They are not manning their phone customer service. Have requested refund. No response.

Do not order anything from them. Seems like a scam company.

Please do not use Plus Cases

Almost three weeks out from ordering and no response to my emails. Wish I saw these reviews first. Plus Cases have a great web designer that they paid for, but no customer service or reputation! Do not use them! I am not optimistic of ever receiving my order. Not happy!

This company has a terrible product! do not buy it. I bought one and it has never worked right, and they won't respond to email which is the only way to contact them. Very unfortunate but if your reading these reviews before you purchase then your lucky!! wasted money. Terrible customer service! if I could put zero stars that is what I would do.

My experience with Plus Cases was horrible

My experience with Plus Cases was horrible. The first case, for an iPhone,did not work at all; they did send a replacement on a relatively timely basis with strict instructions about returning the it immediately, which I did. The replacement worked for all of five days and then frighteningly overheated my phone to the point where I feared it was destroyed. After several hours, out of the case of course, the phone finally cooled down enough to restore the phone through direct charger to outlet power. At this point I simply wanted to return the second, defective, destructive case for a refund. I contacted the company through email, the only method of communication, advised them of the problem with the replacement and requested they provide a return authorization number, which they cite is mandatory for accepting a return. The company never responded, has never sent the return authorization number, despite several follow-up email messages requesting the number. My credit card company also never received a response to their inquiry. So they kept my payment for a shoddy, defective product that not only does not work, but can be dangerous to a phone. The only thing worse than their poor quality, defective cases is the incompetence and bad faith of the company. Under no circumstance would I recommend Plus Cases

Do not buy!

I agree with all one star ratings I too had issues. Never fully charged. Etc. Never could they get thru to customer service for return process. I ended up disputing the purchase and after credit card company investigated, the credit card company gave me full refund.

Don’t waste your time with this company.., just dispute charge with credit card company for full refund. Plus cases never responded to my emails to date!!

These cases are just garbage

These cases are just garbage. They do not work at all. They use cheap products so it does not work with your charging cables at all. You can’t use CarPlay the device will not be recognized. It kills your battery because the case is draining your battery and not charging it. Defective!

Not sure the company is legitimate

This company advertises some very nice cases. However, a month later despite numerous requests by email (they have no phone support because of "covid"), the company has not shipped the item nor refunded my credit card. They answered ONE email of many where they stated expected to ship at the end of the week. They didn't. Instead, they created a label the week following that. 8 days later, the label (not case?) is still sitting in the warehouse. I have decided to give it one more week for actual tracking information before I turn them into the BBB as a scam company.

Don’t wast you time or money!!

Bought a case back on August 3rd it said order was placed thought great. Well fast-forward to 3 weeks later still said order placed not shipped or nothing. I sent an email about it. After having sent 2 emails they finally said it was due to COVID there was a delay. so I begin to look for a different cases while waiting on this one that was $119.95. Well I found one for half the price and it would be in the very next day on Amazon. i sent a email asking for a refund I got a email back saying that they were sorry bla bla.. the refund will be back in 2-3 business days. 2 weeks later I message them about it no response and no money took 4 weeks to get my money back because I have to send a hateful email. It’s just horrible, so would say your better of if you buy from amazon. Half the price,same product and you’ll revive it a lot faster..
