HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH GIVES ME ANXIETY they talk to you as if You are a CHILD, lack communication skills and customer service always wondered who hired these OUTdated mannered individuals
Wen u require a loan or ask for YOUR OWN savings its always a hassle they look at u as if ur insane But this is meant to be SUPPORT its MORE LIKE A PRISON INTERROGATION
The QUE IS ALWAYS HORRENDOUS WITH 1 cashier ALL day
They seem to want to hurry u out of the way
GOD KNOWS THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE OUTDATED AS IT SHOWS NEW STAFF NEEDED ONES WITH EMPATHY, compassion and customer service Not some stone cold RUDE, middle aged Individuals

I joined Lewisham & Bromley Credit Union in June 2023, and even though I had a terrible Credit Score, they gave me a loan, with minimal interest charges (unbelievable low interest rates), and helped me get a Savings Account started. They have been very helpful and I would highly recommend them. Do not be tempted by dodgy payday loan companies, that charge you criminal amounts of interest, but instead check out your local Credit Union first. They are a god send and will not rip you off. They are non-profit local community organisations, and are set up to help those on low-incomes or in financial trouble get affordable loans and savings accounts. It can take a few days to sort things out, but it is well worth the wait and you will be able to get a fair and reasonable loan. I can't thank them enough.
My one criticism is you can never get through to them on the phone, but they reply quickly to online messages, e-mails, and you can always pop into a branch to talk to them. So its not that big a problem. Overall, they are a great option to check out. I highly recommend you look up your local Credit Union.
