Ordered a plush bed for my golden retriever (king size) beginning of December. After waiting over a month a finally received a tiny package through the post. The bed is such bad quality and smaller than described. After paying £75 for a bed which isn’t worth £10 I am more than annoyed. I’ve been emailing customer service since 27th December and no response. It says on their website you can email the customer service team and request a return label within 30 days of receiving your item I’ve got a feeling I will never hear anything back from them and have subsequently been conned out of £75!
I am taking this legal if I do not hear anything as it’s very poor and I am not happy.
I would have been better buying my dog bed from Amazon or a pet shop where at least I could return the item if i was not happy.

Very very very bad customer service! Tracking indicates parcel rejected by me which was not true. Contacted both the courrier and plush-pet.com...thankfully the courrier responded. Plush-pet.com did not ship to the correct address...apparently copy and pasting my full address was too difficult for them. Still no response from them to this day! Eventually received the parcel today and again what a let down: ordered an XL bed (80cm diameter) and received a smaller bed at barely 70cm in diameter. Thankfully i paid by PP so I've opened a dispute as I do not expect anything positive from plush-pet.com anymore:(

Unbelievably fast delivery. 36hrs from order to Buster being in his new bed. He loves it, he is very comfy. Easy and quick to wash and dry which is useful if your dog tends to slobber (as Buster does).

Our cat thoroughly enjoys her new basket for the winter. It was meant to be for the dog but the cat won that battle.

I had been looking at a myriad of ads for anti-stress beds, but was delighted to find an Irish based company. The bed arrived very promptly and our dog literally jumped into it within 2 minutes of taking it out of the pack!

From the momemt of purchasing the bed to my furry baby lying in the bed, i cannot recommend this Irish company highly enough. From selecting the appropriate size ,prompt and friendly e-mails to Baxter now lounging in his soft, breathable, durable and fluffiest of fluffy beds, this bed is for anyone who adores their dog! Well done guys on such a wonderful product 🐶

Absolutly Thrilled With Our purchase, this company are fantastic to deal with, very quick delivery. our dog is an anxious dog and he loves it. he loves to snuggle in fluffy things and the bed is soooh soft and wraps around him. couldn't get him out of it yesterday 😂😂 really good quality, so overall we have had a great experience shopping here. we'll done. thank you..

I received the luxury pet bed last week ,my dog loves it it's so soft and comfy .Customer service was excellent .I emailed to find out the delivery details and was contacted straight away .Would definitely recommend this product .
