Don't order

I paid £44 for a 44cm plush of my cat freddy. It came and it looks absolutely horrendous, as if it was a dead cat on the ground. Fake business.

FAKE business

Yeah, this is not a real business. I paid $70 for an item that never arrived. I have to email support a handful of times to get any type of response. They claimed my item was lost in the mail, and offered to send me a new one for free, then completely ghosted me. If there is anyone you can report Plushara to, report Plushara. I will never see that $70 again.

month of silence and incompetence

I ordered two pillows in the first half of december, to this day 25.01.2025 i haven't received my order because it had wrong contact information so I never had a chance to get it. My order will be returned to sender (plushara so across the sea). I have written a couple times to plushara about this and silence, nothing... I paid quite a lot for a scam it seems. don't buy there. thank you

Paid for a custom cat pillow a month…

Paid for a custom cat pillow a month before i needed it.

A month later i hear nothing from plushara, so i decide to mail them myself. They answer my mail requesting my order number, which i give them, and i never hear back from them again. I use the tracking number to find out they had tried to deliver it but failed, but I've gotten no information about pick up and delivery. They returned it to the seller. I mail them again after finding this out, with no response.

Worst experience ever. This was supposed to be a gift!
