Very disappointed. Got a wrong order. No one responded to my emails. Not happy at all.

The same as many people on here, the company signed me up to a membership that I neither wanted or was aware I signed up to. I will be contacting the consumer obusman, etc as this company needs as many people complaining about it as possible so they can not continue this behaviour.
I tried to log on to my account on plus shop they do that have any details on my purchases or my membership so how can they justify charging for something they don't provide, I have requested evidence of my purchase, me agreeing to the membership, and an email, etc showing they let me know about them taking a monthly membership. They have not been able to do any of this. Any generic reply saying it was obvious does not actually prove anything, if it's so obvious why are so many people on here complain?

I have contacted the company to tell them they have not sent me my correct order but I have not even had a courtesy of a reply as yet

I purchasedwas worried that Plusshop hadn't email/text info on the item at 01 Oct... thankfully they did respond finally at 03 Oct. The delivery arrived yesterday. Prompt, secure and smooth. HAPPY DAYS!

I was worried as didn't recieve any email info despite Plusshop.co.uk created an account and some poor review on Trustpilot... but after 5 days deliver, from Denmark to UK was good! Prompt, secure and safe. Item box was clean and smooth. Great for my collection figure! Big BIG thank you 🤗

It's a total scam. I ordered an item costing £10 once and without my knowledge I have been charged £9.95 per month for 3 years. They don't notify you of any membership or fee. Please keep away from this site.

PlusShop only sent half of my order and haven’t replied to my numerous emails or messages. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews first. They seem to be first-class swindlers!

Shocking - have been robbing me of £9.95\ month membership for a year! Just found order email from the small order I made with them, small print says the first month membership is free then taken every month there after - perfect scam! Nobody in their right mind would knowingly sign up for a monthly membership. Impossible to log in and cancel too. Never experienced a scam like this - do not use this company

Keeps taking £10 out of my bank cheeky!!

Like others on here it was not clear to me when I bought a small item from Plusshop DK that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly membership fee of £9.95. This is unacceptable in my view. I cancelled the `membership' as soon as I saw the first payment had been taken from my bank account. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Has not arrived although the tracking shows it is in Date Time DPD parcel centre Parcel status-

I was charged for 4 months of membership (€39.8) without being properly notified. I did not receive an email confirming joining to such a membership. Only you can notice it in the order confirmation email down at the end where no one is checking. Customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this website. It's designed to fool people to join the membership and take their money.

The mini smoothy maker does not work at all

Great product and price. Arrived sooner than expected

Shambles of a company. Recieved my package 3 items inside. All torn to shreds like a child at christmas had opened them. They tried to blame customs and then stated no damage done so no issue. Avoid at all costs !!!
