BEWARE YOU BECOME A MEMBER AND GET CHARGED MONTHLY.

With anything yes there are terms and conditions and after looking into this throughout their small print it does say you have to be a member and therefore get billed £9.95 monthly.

I however don’t believe I ever signed a direct debit agreement and in my order confirmation, apart for generic T&C’s where it says what the membership includes it doesn’t actually say I signed up to be a member or mention the monthly £9.95 fee.

To cancel your membership it is as simple as logging in to your account and cancelling however I do feel it was pretty underhand the way you were forced to become a monthly member relatively unknowingly.

100% this is a company that is basing their business model of people being charged on a monthly basis and not knowing about it, therefore being charged months on end.

Product purchased was actually great value and the annoying thing is if I’d been given the option to pay the £9.95 for just one transaction I would have been happy to.

I did not knowingly sign up to this service yet I have been charged the subscription fee. They are refusing to refund. Sly and underhand.

Can anyone tell me where should I complain about plushop.dk? I meant any department? Where they listen to me and help me out to get my product back or money back? I sent a smartwatch for reparation and didn't get back .

Currently talking with my bank to reimburse my money Plusshop fraudulently took from me.
On purchasing one item, they then continued to take 9.95 from me each month ! Trying to have £60 refunded.

This is the worst company I have ever shopped at. After 7 weeks I still haven't received the products I ordered. They mixed up my order with someone else and they can't get it right yet. I cancelled my order 2 times and they refuse to confirm my cancellation and yet they still can't get the products delivered. How long am I supposed to wait? Their support is the worst in the world, they hang up on you when they don't want to answer questions and don't answer mail they don't want to answer either. To top it all off they charge for membership. Worst in the world!

Lots of times I buy from Plusshop. Their delivery is so fast and products are very good quality.

Ordered an item in February, as price was good, the item arrived in is as described. The issue has arisen where my card has been charged a month later for another purchase I did not make. Have contacted Plusshop seeking a refund without response!

It is in no way easy to contact plusshop or cancel your membership, login function does not work and password reset does not work, only option to log on is to proceed with another purchase then revert to membership section, I have had absolutely no contact from plusshop after several emails other than on this review, mebership is not mentioned when proceeding through order and text on email confirmation is dulled grey in small print at the end of the mail. All clever tactics.

The "description of membership" is in Danish and is not precise. They announce a membership to try out at first for free, but then of course deduct 139DKK/month without notification or anything. You can not cancel it, even if you have not used the paid period of membership.
UPDATE: I've finally got contacted by the customer service after they tried to put down this review and have not answered previous calls. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and inconstructive; made a comment about me "having to know Danish" and called me a "drama queen". I would say I regret very much picking up the phone and going for the "cheap" ear plugs that I wanted to buy in the first place. Stay away, it is really not worth neither time nor nerves.

They automatically deleted my profile so I cannot log in and unsubscribe from their subscription. This is unbelievable that companies can still in 2022 run a customer cheating scheme like this. I contacted them several times and ignored my emails. I want you to delete my profile. I canceled your subscription on my mobilpay and I documented everything from registration to attempting to log in so I'm not gonna pay into your cheating scheme and you are welcome to whatever court you want.

Then delete it because I can’t login with the login I registered with.

Order came earlier than expected. Took only 2-3 days. Products are good and cheap. Costumer service are helpful and responsive.

Just one big SCAM. I am angory and speechless that such a company exists. What the hell, seriously. Pull yourself together people and stop robbing others.

If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what it would be. Purchased a product but the wrong one was delivered. I accepted that it could have been my fault for not being more specific so I emailed them to see if they had the product I wanted so I could reorder it. They confirmed that they did and if I placed another order it would be picked and packed specifically. I paid full price again and wrong product was sent again. When I contacted them they did infact inform me they didn’t have the correct product! I asked for a refund and they tried to refund me 40% which I did not accept. 2 weeks later I had £9.99 taken from my account for a membership fee that I never signed up to. Absolute disgrace of a company. I have no idea how they are still allowed to trade while scamming every customer!! Scandalous 🤬
