I orderd a perfume very good priceses

Automatically subscribed me for a fee of nearly £10 a month. They took my money twice before I have noticed. Contacted them and they refused to refund me. Brought item for under £4.00 and was charged additional £20. Using my card details to take money from me! Never agreed to subscription! Avoid!

There was shipping delay, but it arrived. I'm so happy with it and it's not a clone or anything of that sort. Guys they do not scam. Please read the fine print of there subscription. I paid full price and I'm so happy.

Super fast delivery

They have a logistic delivery problem, an order has been placed on 9th Jan, so far has been sent 2 times and returned to them without reaching the service point, they asked me to pay for delivery even though it is not my fault, emails conversation also takes more than 5 days to reply.

I placed an order on 15.2.24, but received no confirmation. I emailed three times without reply. My make up eventually arrived but it was the wrong colour. I have written several times without reply and also clicked on unsubscribe several time for the monthly subscription to their company which you automatically join when placing an order, although this is not clear in the least. I am waiting to see if they take the £9.95. Avoid this company

I purchased Bio Gel for Dry Skin 100ml on 11-01-2024 but have not received my product. I paid 111 Swedish krona for it.

You need to be careful shopping from here. Around a year ago I shopped at Plusshop.se. I didn’t realize that I sign up for a membership which you pay for monthly by shopping with them. In the meantime I never received any mails or marketing about my “membership”. When I wanted to cancel, I couldn’t login to their homepage and I had to send them an email. I feel like the company is purposely trying to take advantage with this kind of setup. And it feels more like a scam than anything else.

Lastly, the product I bought was of poor quality and it broke within the week.

I got a broken Moccamaster. The customer service is horrible and I still haven't received my money back, it's been a month

Everything lucks fine.. Just one thing which make little noise. Anonse hav wrong picture of specifikation the products.. That is little not nice, when you by speciali of one typ, ang got another one..

The company deceptively exploits a membership subscription that you sign as you order. The monthly cost is hidden, but appears after some time on your credit card. After discovery I immediately notified them that I do not wish to be member, but they do not cancel it, continue to take monthly cost on your credit card. I had to threaten with Police before they took membership away. I also had to cancel Credit card. PLUSSHOP is a SCAM!

I wish that I had checked here before ordering from Plusshop.

I ordered a product (another story regarding delivery) and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge.

They don't inform you before the payment goes out each month. Luckily I happened to check my account the day after the first payment went out.

I then requested a refund but they have refused. It is true that the details were in the email receipt for the product but they were hidden low on the page in the small print. For something as unusual as this I would expect a separate email regarding the subscription.

They have at least agreed to stop the subscription but after reading reviews here I see that they sometimes still continue to take payments after they agree to stop.

I have opened a dispute with my credit card provider today I will update my progress here.

Update 19 Oct 2023:

I heard back from my card provider and they are unable to process the chargeback as the details in the small print were followed. However, they said that my consumer rights had potential been broken
and recommended that I contact my local consumer protection agency.

I have gone ahead and filed a complaint with Konsumentverket and I will shortly also file a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman: Konsumentombudsmannen.

I will go keep you updated on the proceedings.

After buying from them, they take it £9.95 from your account each month without permission!!!!

Great price and service. The item arrived after just 4 days and exactly as described. The cheaper price was only available if you become a member but they offered the first 30 days free membership and it was very straight forward to cancel before you are charged the membership fee.

I bought my wife a small cosmetic product and unwittingly was signed up as a member. I did see the confirmation email come in and had simply thought "great it was on the way". I get multiple emails from online shopping so assumed everything was in order. I've never been signed up in this way before so didn't expect it. Some six months later I actually noticed the €9.95 being taken and didn't recognise the retailer. Now that I've checked it out they did indeed inform me in the confirmation email buried within a large amount of small print which I routinely don't bother to read.
No doubt they will say they did nothing illegal and the onus was on me to check the information they had given. That may be the case but I feel the practise is deceptive and preys on people who are simply too busy to read the small print. It's immoral in my opinion and I just pray to God the cancellation of membership I managed to update online goes through.
I wouldn't want to make money this way if it was my business. I have asked for a refund so it will be interesting to see what the outcome of that is. Should the company show goodwill and refund me, then it would restore my confidence in them and I would come back to edit this review accordingly.

12th August 2023 I have now had a reply from Plusshop and no surprise, they said it was on every single page ever visited that I would have to become a member! Funny that I never once noticed it despite their assurances. These guys are legal tricksters. Who cares how much money they dupe from unsuspecting customers, the fact remains they make money by dubious means and are despicable people. Sleep well Plusshop employees, you're doing a great job, well done!!

I am still awaiting since March last for a return/refund for Bluetooth device purchased that didn't function, sent it back as instructed, no adequate response yet, or refund.
