Its very hard to understand how does it…
Its very hard to understand how does it works. Last time I ordered some little things and it got delivered to my home address which I was very much happy about. Satisfied with the overall process, this time I ordered a big package which is more than 10 Kgs. But the package is delivered to an agent center w which is around 2 km away from the location. I don't have car and I cannot carry that much all the way to my place. One reason to choose plusshop was I liked its home delivery option but this time it was a mistake to choose it.

When the free delivery is chosen it means that the delivery will deliver it to the nearest packshop this also happens in case that no one is home for a home delivery.
Sadly we do not choose which packet shop they deliver it too.

If I knew that I had to pay for a monthly subscription when I made an order from this company, I would Never have bought anything. This monthly subscription does not give you anything, you simply pay for being a custumer...who does this???? Wish I saw these comments and read the terms thouroughly, before agreeing to this subscription. Its better to read terms than end up with unpleasant surprise you never expected.
From now on I will not buy things from any to me, unknown company, without checking the low reviews and read terms thoroughly...
