Plutio Is Superb
Plutio has been great for me, a great swiss knife for all the startups out there. It has almost everything you need invoicing, subscription, client portal and even a knowledgebase.
Fake positive reviews for a "Jack of all trades, master of none."
Jack of all trades, master of none. Attempts to be an all-inclusive business management platform but fails miserably at the simplest tasks. With a convoluted and illogical design, Plutio is nothing but a mixture of wanna-be features added just in case, without any idea how businesses operate, with the hope that the user might find the mountain of "features" useful. I would not use it even for free.
Avoid this sinking ship
Avoid this software. No significant updates for over a year, a really dated UI, awful customer support, and promises made over a year ago are still undelivered.
It seems that Leo and the team have spent all the Appsumo income on travelling the world rather than taking the opportunity to create an industry-leading product as promised.
One example; if you want to split the project cost into two invoices, (to take a deposit for example) you can but you cannot then adjust the issue and due date of the second invoice. So if your project overruns for example, you just have to send out invoices with incorrect issue and due dates. This not only looks unprofessional but is a pain for you and your client when it comes to accounting. Reported this flaw to Plutio over a year ago. After several prompts, that they have said they have no intention of fixing it. They clearly do not understand the basic business needs of their clients.
There are now far better solutions out there for your business.
Nothing has changed in Pluto
Looks like Plutio is being acquired or being sold off. If not, the founder Leo who vanished from the Facebook community for 1 year (who was otherwise super active) wouldn't have resurfaced with a video today. He supposedly is saying nothing will happen to Plutio all of a sudden. But hints at a transformation. What sucks and what has not changed is the founders attitude. He only used social media for creating hype and for blowing his own trumpet(success in app sumo etc) but in reality he does not care for the genuine interests of his users. The fact that he keeps deleting any slightly critical posts and the fact that he bans you from the Facebook community just shows how desperate he is.
I was an avid fan and an early adapter. When we share any critical information or ask for his intervention to anything that's broken inside Pluto, he will delete your posts. He then will personally message saying that he can't allow critisism in the forum.
Today after months of no updates , he uploads a video, and everyone is commenting. I share my experience and wish the ones who still are with Pluto. Bam in 5 minute post is delete and I am removed from the community. Not able to add the screenshot of my actual post there.

I didn't use the software because I had some issues. After 1 year I've tried to use it, and as a lifetime deal they don't tell you that if you don't use it, you will lose your account. They will delete your account after one year. I didn't use the software because it was buggy, and it didn't fit with my requirements. I have tried to give them another shot, but I couldn't coz they deleted my account. Likewise, this company is just a kind of scam.

Not reliable app for serious business owners
The app seems good, but it is not safe and reliable for serious businesses. The Plutio team ignore users' requests and abandon the development for months, making small and simple UI changes - just to pretend. The support is bad, very bad, and the development of the tool and support depends on owners and team mood. The app hasn't functioned properly for years, and instead of focusing on improvement, they decided to start over again, so still not good. All are promises, promises and excuses, until today, automation hasn't been created, although it was the strong selling point. Check their FB group and inform your self.
I got Plutio some time ago and it just gets better!
I got Plutio some time ago, I got to be honest that in the beginning when I got it about nearly 2 years ago, it wasn't exactly very friendly, and the learning curve is rather steep. However, they have constantly been releasing new updates and improvements for their online app that had really left a great impression on me! I personally feel that the team makes great efforts to ensure that all the issues/feedback that is provided by their clients are solved and met in a timely matter. I HIGHLY recommend Plutio for anyone who is looking forward for a good and brilliant CRM!

These are some of the great features of Plutio you would get: the flexible dashboard, financial features issuing invoices/receipts with templates, proposal and project management with Kanban view are very helpful! Very comprehensive features and functions.
