Platform to unreliable and poor selection
The selection of ETFs on the platform is unfortunately very poor in compare to the competition. The prices are good but that cannot make up for the poor selection of ETFs and the lack of transparency. It is clear from the operations and interface that this is a start-up project and the execution is needed. It took me more than a week to transfer my money out of the platform and there were no communication or receipt for the transfer. I had to contact customer service myself to have them execute the transfer that I had already confirmed on the platform. This needs some serious tighten up internally.

That sounds very odd given that our withdrawal time typically is no more than one day. Can you send me your name and wire amount - then I will look into this case immediately.
And you're right about the narrow ETF offering. We don't claim to offer the most ETFs - instead we are launching a product to disrupt it.
We aren't for everyone and it sounds like there are better platforms for you out there than Pluto. Hope to win you back eventually. :)
