Please don’t waste your money, you have to slam it to something for it to stick and gets dirty and loses stickiness fast, it’s honestly a rip off. Save your money

Literal worst customer experience ever. I received a defective machine that never worked from day one. The company refused to replace it. I had one very disappointed little girl on Christmas Day. I highly recommended against purchasing from this company.

Ordered my case well over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Been in contact with them several times asking for a refund they just tell me it’s on the way, tracking details don’t work. They said they’d send me another case of my choice to compensate what a joke I’ve received neither! Scam of a company!

So I ordered a case a month ago and i had to reach out to them. So, they stated it was being customized but how? I mean I thought it was order and ship. Why all of. Sudden mine is being customized. Let’s be real. They didn’t have a case to ship but didn’t say that then I ask for a refund due to a month wait and o get a text saying your been refunded $31.98 instead of saying sorry about the long wait but well refund you and send you a case for the wait or owe apologize about the wait but how about we send you two cases or. Coupon for 20% off your next purchase or something. Just straight effn refund with nothing. I’m over it and there’s another case company that case does the same thing so no lose here. Sad for a company

This not about the case this review is about the company, i order a phone case on fed 11th, and it said it was in stock. 1 to 2 day delivery, i get a email from them saying local company was out of stock but "we got it comming from the warehouse" it went to 3 to 5 days, day 5 arrives no case still sent another email asking where my case is then they said "it had to come from the china warehouse" and went to 7 to 15 days... When they sent me tracking number it shows only "partner facility". So emailed them again .. With a very lam answer. They seem not to want to try to correct the issue or even reach back out to me.. They have so far they. Worst customer Service i have had ever!

Great case, but not the best protection.

It worked for not even a day after that it dropped my phone and cracked it I got this as a Christmas present was really excited to try it out did not work like I said cracked my phone I do not suggest if you are looking for this to work for more then a day.

I purchased this light last Halloween and everyone loved it!

The stick is bloody terrible. Stops sticking after a few seconds and it’s not very strong.

But, and yes I understand it’s not the point, the back is very nice to poke. So I really don’t care.

But it’s still garbage, even if the poking makes up for it (specifically with me. I’m not saying it’s worth it for everyone).

Don’t waste your money unless you’d like to poke the back (which I do.)

It’s terrible within 20 minutes it stopped sticking and the black part on the back started peeling off also all the ads say it’s not even sticky on the back that’s a lie it’s super sticky and everything sticks to it including dirt. This is 100% not work the money.

After the first week of using and washing it started to deteriorate on the corners and now it’s crap and unusable not worth 25 dollars

We originally ordered a black Pluto but it was delayed so we were offered the opportunity to change to a different color that we could receive sooner. We ended up getting a blue case. Unfortunately the backing (the part that sticks to surfaces) started peeling off after only 2 weeks. We are very disappointed. I gave a two on the review only because we got good customer service but the product itself was unacceptable.

The first time my son used his case it got stuck on his night stand and ruined the top of the night stand and the back of the case. I would like a customer service representative to contact me ASAP.

Been having it for over a month now and it still sticks like first day. I love it ❤️

the day it came in the mail not even 15 minutes after i opened it and put it on my phone the back peeled, so theres like a little chunk missing, i read alot of reviews saying it was good material and sadly id have to disaggree. it cant stick to anything but glass and even then when it sticks for too long it peels. i wouldn’t recommend at all. it was fun while it lasted though

I ordered 2 cases from them...one case was correct but One of the cases we got wasn't even the one that i ordered and when asked to return to get the right case i had ordered they told me i would have to pay for return shipping. Return shipping costs pretty much the same as buying one case.

Does not stick on walls at all - stuck on mirrors, but only for a few minutes, then it falls. My phone went into my sink with running water once. Would not recommend - it’s also crazy that refunds are not accepted.

It’s been almost 2 months and my Pluto case hasent came yet!

Love these cases, they are so useful when it comes down to making our videos. Thank You
