Paid for the order, but didn't get it

I ordered a coffee machine 23/03/24, paid for it and for a membership as well. When I asked the customer service about my order to weeks ago they answered that the item is coming from a remote warehouse. No further information was provided, no excuses either. Since that time this so-called customer service has not responded. The worst online shop I've ever delt with..

Missing items

I bought 3 items and got just one item while pluus put the receipt for all items I bought inside the box

A joke.

A joke.
I sent them a product back because It didn't work. I called them to know what I should do, and the lady on the phone tells me that I have to pay the costs of the package myself, but they will pay me back If It's true that the product is wrong. She didn't offer me any other option (send me a label to cover those costs, nothing).
I sent the package and I paid almost 800 kr (from Norway to Denmark).
I get to know now that they won't pay me back the costs of the delivery cause I should have wait until they send me a label.
What It says in the web is "Leveringskostnaden for bestillingen vil også bli refundert (eksklusive tilleggskostnader på grunn av ditt valg av en annen leveringsform enn den billigste formen for standardlevering som vi tilbyr)."
So no one offers me anything, but It's still my fault. I talked to them on the phone and apparently, someone on the customer service made something wrong cause they didn't tell me about all the label thing... BUT it's my fault that I should have known better and should have waited for an email. So I've lost 800 kr, and my time. And of course, they don't have access to the phone calls, so If someone told me this or that, they are super sorry but I should have known better.
I would NEVER recommend this one, some people told me before that they were not OK and I didn't trust. So sad. I had to learn the bad way.

Terrible! A hoax!

Terrible! They deleted an entire order, of approx 3500nok, with all the christmas presents I ordered, just before Christmas. Because apparently they didn’t have ‘the item’ in stock. So now I have to stress-buy christmas presents!

Also, this is the same company that run the site ‘Nemdag’.

Don’t trust either of them: the reality is probably that they discovered that their prices were ‘too low’ and they now think that they can up the prices for an item.
