Just had a very stressful experience trying to download a voucher to use in Decathlon. Had the store wifi but the code refused to download. No support line available to access on a Sunday. The first time I've had an issue with the app. We eventually downloaded it from a personal lap top after 45 minutes of trying. So disappointed.

I've had the Ode Card for about 8 months now and it has been very useful. I've found the website to be convenient/user friendly. I get cash back for purchases I'd make anyway. The customer service has been excellent.

I’ve called the customer service one day asking for a change of address and to a new card to be mailed there. The guy on the phone told me the card will arrive in 7 working days…it never did. I called 2 weeks later to find out what the problem is and turned out he never processed it.

I absolutely love my Pluxee Card! I've been using it for a while but over Christmas the perks of this card were unbelievable. A certain retailer who offers points was offering extra points over Christmas, and since they're on the Pluxee Card cashback scheme, I absolutely took advantage. Extra points, Black Friday deals AND cashback returned to my card... I have two lovely pots to spend towards my essentials.

I have just reactivated my card and had to call customer services to change some of my personal details. It was so refreshing to have it resolved to quickly and easily.
I do have one question and can't seem to find the answer. I put some money on my card yesterday and today my balance is down by about £6 when I've nit spent anything. What is this payment for???

I have been very happy with my TOTUM Pluxee card as I have had nearly £170 cashback over 12 months. However, it has now expired and I was not sent information about renewing it. I have tried to call and email and had no response, and I have £79 on my account that I am very much hoping I won’t lose, but can’t see how to get back. Card: excellent, customer service: disappointing.

Utterly Useless Website.
They're happy to take your money, but if you want to spend it you'll need to set aside a whole morning to try different browsers and devices to just get their site to display your own card details. When you try and view them 99% of the time the details are blank, and on the off chance you get lucky they only appear for a moment before defaulting to the anonymised state. Don't even bother, the cashback isn't worth the hassle. Just use Topcashback or, y'know, literally any other site you might have heard of before other than this crap
