Took months to receive the card but was still loading into a card I could not use.
I have received very little cash back but continued paying my card charge each month.
I find I lost out on using this and have now cancelled
Getting the money left loaded on the card would be easier if it was in whole pounds!

I telephoned and was helped by a charming helpful young man. Within a few minutes my voucher was through, even though it went into Junk. I found it as expecting it. I went straight to the shops and used my voucher straight away. Very easy very professional . Thank you.

Customer service was excellent! Looked into my queries promptly and answered any questions/solved difficulties effectively and efficiently. They were also understanding and supportive.
Their Totum Student Cashback Card (pluxee/spree) is great and I am making use of the cashback feature! However, I have recently had a few issues logging into the app/website, despite using the same details I have always used.
The problem was quickly resolved over the phone thanks to the excellent customer service so I would definitely recommend them!

Customer services are very good. Trying to get into my account proved to be difficult and although I have been using my card it seems that I haven't been using it in the right shops. I would like to have more clarity on retailers please.

To start off, I would like to say that the customer support is excellent and you should be happy about this, because if you use the website you will most certainly be needing it.
I was sent an evoucher to my email address and clicking on the link, I was taken to the website, so far so good.
I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing in order to claim my voucher as there is very little information available on the website or what you are supposed to do.
I eventually clicked on the "help" button which took me to an automated AI "chat" screen which was totally useless. To make matters worse there appeared to be no way to leave this screen.
I eventually clicked my phone's back button thinking I would start again.
Clicking the link again in my email took me directly to the page I was wanting out of, with nothing in between, repeat, repeat.
I eventually filed a support request and very quickly was supplied with step by step instructions for what I wanted to do. This in my opinion should be on the webpage I was using at the time.
Thinking the problem was sorted, I didn't open the evoucher to view it as the website states not to do so till your ready to use it.
When I was ready to use it, I clicked on my email link in the shop and was taken straight back to the page I couldn't get out of, so was unable to use the evoucher.
Thinking there might be compatibility issues with my phone, a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G running Android version 14, I went back home and used my tablet, an older model running Android version 10
I was able to access my evoucher on the tablet and this time I opened it and took a screenshot of it and transferred this to my phone.
I will use this screenshot the next time I am shopping and if it doesn't work I will be in touch again with customer support

It’s not very good the app for us you have to get hold of customer services to change your phone number. You can’t literally do it on the app and it doesn’t show you much anyway just what cashback you can get if you use it a lot. I use his card as a little top up for some of the programs I watch on TV so not very happy with this but the customer services aren’t too bad

Customer service support is great helpful and polite and try to help. The website and app system is very poor a clunky glitchy slow website and app which is very problematic. I have reported poor performance on manu occasiobs no improvement and gets worse. The platform often doesn't work and right now I have reported the app is broken. Even support staff couldn't not help as they discovered an issue with the system the one of reported.
