Disgraceful Council, disgraceful employees...

Disgraceful Council, disgraceful employees !!!

Going through PCC's complaints procedure is the only way to refer your complaints to the Ombudsman unfortunately - otherwise you'd be wasting your time and effort complaining about these disgusting, unprofessional, disgraceful lot.

If you're complaining about any person/s in particular, then just remember that a lot of these employees are also personal friends outside of their employment - and some are married to each other/in a relationship.

So your complaints are going nowhere with this lot, until you exhaust PCC's complaints procedure and are able to refer it to the Ombudsman.

Keep all of your correspondence in writing only so that you have a record of it all.

Lazy bin men

The amount of times I’ve been in touch with Plymouth city council about the bins being emptied and just left in the road in between cars so after they are empty the wind can then blow them over onto the cars.
I’ve just been out to bring my bin in and it’s been left in the road on a different block 4 doors away.
I spoke to someone at the council office last week and told he would log it and get it sorted.
I’ve took note of the bin men, it seems to me that when they they empty bins on a private estate they return the bins where they picked them up from and where we are told to leave them on the (BOUNDARY LINE) but council estimates all they are interested in is getting the bins emptied and getting home early..
that is from someone I know who used to work on the carts..

Plymouth Council STINK worse than my piling up bins.

I've moved into a new house, and I have no bins. My house if filled with rubbish because it's been three weeks and no bins yet. The council have refused to take bags of rubbish from me or boxes of recyclables. They told me to take it to the tip, but I don't drive. Even when the bins do arrive, my rubbish won't fit and I'll still have to keep bin bags in my house for another two weeks for the next collection. The council have also told me that they cannot give me an estimation of bin delivery, so most likely someone will steal them before I can get to them anyway.
The man I spoke to on the phone from Plymouth Council was completely unapologetic, rude and sounded sarcastic, he had had ZERO empathy whatsoever.

Waste of space

We live on a street with double yellows, the council continues to ignore vans parked overnight causing huge issues for buses and traffic to get through. They say they patrol the area, never have I seen anyone. We’ve asked why the double yellows are here and they say to stop parking. Clueless.

Road works still causing havoc at peak…

Road works still causing havoc at peak times on roads still continues.
I understand the need for road works, but this weekend on SATURDAY! 26th June they decide to close the slip road from Marsh Mills to Exeter!, Plympton gridlocked. Also Embankment road tailed right back because a lane is closed still! What happened to doing some works at night???!!! We the tax payer put up with the chaos every day going to and from work, now it's over the weekend as well! Then the Council tax bill continues to rise on top of that to pay for your chaos! Disgusted at PCC.

Shocking.

From our business to our home.
PCC are shocking.
They lost my online account, and one person admitted it another whilst another denied it.
Registered for the green waste and because my account did not transfer to the new system they have said I must pay for a bin.
They recently sent me a council tax bill to the wrong address. Sent bailiffs to the property because the account had not been paid. No apology, to the tenant or me and now I have to provide information that I do not owe it, even though someone else was living there.
If this was a private company it would
not survive. If I could put a lower score I would.
Shocking

Masters Of Fraud And Supports Thief's

After having an employee getting a parking fine parking my van outside his house i had a real running with the council.

These halfwits, made me pay the fine of an old employee that took my van without consent, that also stole over £400 from my business, despite the issuing location being the same as the chaps house address they forced me by threatening court letters to pay a fine created by a low down thieving scumbag, they forced this at a time of business hardship yet at the same time stop me and my business from operating with little to no support. who do you think you are, the worst council i have ever dealt with, they are righteous, and sit on their high horse thinking dirty little Plymouth is the capital city or something. Disgusting people and should re consider their morals.
No human decisions and full of old expired pompous rotary club fools thinking they have authority.
