Unhelpful and Rude

Was having problems with activation of a game I bought. I contacted the person via the live chat, and was met with someone incredibly unhelpful and rude.
Kept sending the same "solution", which wasn't working, over and over, with no explination, just an image with text highlighted.

I was spammed with messages telling me to do something, which I couldn't do, and then when I sent proof that I wasn't seeing the thing the person wanted me to see, they blocked my order and shut down the chat with no info. I could not access the chat on my computer, so I had to go onto my phone and re-enter all the info, and was just met with a rude message. I wish I had taken screenshots, because I have genuinely come across someone so unhelpful and rude on a live chat service before.
