I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

I ordered a box of PMD Earl Grey for my wife and Peppermint for my brother in law as these are excellent as gifts and get great feedback from the recipient! Snuck a box of the new Planters Afternoon Tea into the order for my own benefit and I'm really impressed, perfect mid afternoon refresher readying me to smash the rest of the day's work. QUALITY.
Was also impressed with speed and presentation of delivery.

Love the teas that I purchased(planters breakfast, Lovers Leap).
They have a wonderfully smooth taste, no bitterness like some other teas. I'm looking forward to trying some new ones for winter. Highly recommend.

Distinctively different teas
Distinctively different teas, we tasted them at a recent trip to a swanky hotel and were so impressed we hunted them down online. Nice touch to include a handwritten note with our order, nice to be treated as a valued customer.

Great tea, great customer service
I am a big fan of the Planters Breakfast Tea and the Lovers Leap which I tried when staying at a hotel a few years ago. So glad that I am able to buy this and a many other teas from PMD for drinking at home. Easy website to use, great customer service and lovely teas.

The tea from PMD is second to none
The tea from PMD is second to none. I’m obsessed with the earl grey, so delicate and almost floral- so beautiful! The service is wonderful and the lovely letters are amazing. I’ve been handing out tea to everyone so they can sample it! I’m now unable to drink any other tea as nothing compares to the quality of this.

I was fortunate to taste test some teas. From the tasting we chose a tea and also chose another to try. Ordered on line and within 5 days the tea arrived. Packed in foil pouches.
