I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

I ordered on 12/6/22 and never received my tea..your tracking has never been updated. I emailed 2 times and no one has responded.

So much care put into helping me with a small order
PMD Tea was so helpful in helping me identify a specific tea my dad had tried while on vacation in the UK. They even included a lovely hand written note with my order! I was really impressed by the care they showed toward even my small order.

Delivery delay
A three week delay from ordering to arrival of the tea is my reason for just 3 stars. If the delivery time is extended this should be exolained when ordering.

I thought the tea was great
I thought the tea was great. The cinnamon chai had had wonderful spicy notes. I also have enjoyed the Planters Green tea. I am super pleased with everything I have tried to date.

I was assured of a refund which again I have t received.
