Avoid like the plague

I recently acquired a leasehold property in SE1.
Georgia Ball represented the landlord. I had agreed with the Seller that the lease extension would be completed for the sale of the property to become effective.
The lease extension progressed at a snail pace (it took about 5 months).
At a critical moment of the transaction (in May), Georgia Ball decided to take 2 weeks holiday, unexpectedly and with no one to cover for her during her leave. So I lost 2 weeks due to poor planning.
Very frustrating experience overall.
