Bought a pair of Evox 12 off PMT years ago and my experience was fantastic. I often go into one of their shops when I’m about the county with the show. Always drop a few hundred quid of drum stuff.
I’m a very loyal customer and generally, I was a GAK guy for years. But now they’ve gone, PMT are one of two of my go-tos now. The other is just a drum shop, so I do try and be fair. So recently just picked up some studio monitors, arrived in good time and in good packaging. Gonna plug them in now!

Purchase of Faith Guitar
I have purchased from PMT several times and have always been happy with their service. This particular time was especially good as the guitar I wanted had been reduced from the last time I looked and this prevented me buying the same product from another retailer. FuelTank T-REX - PMT was very quick in sorting my issue
PMT was very quick in sorting my issue. I purchased a Fuel Tank T-REX, However, I found out that the 9v outputs weren't isolated to each other. Unfortunately, the description of the product in their website doesn't mention this. Then, I canceled the purchase, and I asked the refund. They reacted very quickly by giving me the refund the day after and canceling the order for me. Good experience and good timing.
