Have been amazing! Nothing but helpful above and beyond, not just in machines but advise, super quick at getting back. Hidden gem wish I had know about sooner! Gemma has been so helpful guiding me to the most appropriate devices for my needs. the communication throughout has been excellent. I have already rented one handpiece and have the second ordered to try out. the whole process has been made so simple and easy, I will be ordering again in the future.

PMU Play is an amazing concept. It allows anyone who’s unsure about purchasing a machine to get a good feel of it first, through renting it. The whole process is really simple and I would 100% recommend to others and use again. Gemma is also really lovely and will help you with any questions you have.

The only problem is I love the machine I rented and now need to purchase myself one!!

Amazing idea to rent a machine before you buy. I rented the Micro Beau Bellar which is amazing. I have had my eye on it for a while. Now that I have had the chance to try it I will definitely be buying one. Great company to rent a machine from and have a play, Gemma was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

Deciding what new device to buy is a huge commitment. Having the chance to try each device before you buy is extremely helpful. I've just tried the Valhalla for a week! Amazing machine!! Amazing service from PMU PLAY. Would definitely recommend them! xxx
