Avoid this company at all costs. Placed an order for a make up bag in November. Money deducted was more than advertised. Still waiting for item. Have requested a refund on numerous occasions without success.

This site is pure scam. Most likely you won't receive ordered items. They will of course provide you with "tracking information" of your order but it's all fake.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering my item. It's been almost a week and my items not even been dispatched and I've had no update from their support, yet they claim "Super Fast Delvery".

I highly suspect I'll never hear from this company or receive my item, so please save your self the hassle and buy from anywhere else. Instagram need to do a better job ad the adverisers they let use their platform.

Do not order from this company. It’s a full scam. They send replicas that looks similar to the product that was listed on Instagram.I wish I saw this and all other reviews. Do not buy anything from this company.

They take money with no intention to supply. They will not provide business address. They lie through there teeth.
They will rob you of your hard earned cash.

They took stolen money from a young man with life limiting disabilities with no intention to supply
I cannot set a confirmed date as I have been chasing them for either the item or refund for some months
They have been reported to on line fraud

If I could give less than zero stars I would. This is a total scam. You are given phony tracking information that tells you your package has been delivered. Then they send you on a runaround of emails saying check in the bushes, with the neighbors, check with your post office. This is a total fraud!

Scam. Order didnt arrive. Bogus tracking information. 3 months of emails with instant computer generated responses full of misinformation and lies.

Contacted their VIP support who offered $6 and then $9.

TOTAL SCAM I would give no stars if I could, I should have known better…too good to be true….after waiting for nearly a month I received a very cheap blusher/foundation NOT WHAT I ORDERED which was as advertised on facebook a 3 pc baked stater kit which looked like Laura Geller with separate foundation and free brush, I contacted immediately said send pictures, I did. Told it was what I’d ordered NO was my reply, then gesture of goodwill $3 refund NO I said gesture of goodwill $4 at this point I contacted PayPal and reported there…gesture of goodwill $7 NO I said. I would try to report false advertising on Facebook but that seems like a nightmare. So lesson learned no more Facebook ads and check on trustpilot will up date if I get a bette Ofer
Update after several emails where I told them this was a total SCAM they offered to refund my money if I return the item sent back to China…it will cost me £9.37 by Evri which I have to pay for with no guarantee that they will A receive it or B refund the correct amount of money… so no happy ending lesson well and truly learnt

Appalling company. Wish I read reviews previously. Ordered 2x Starter kits of 3 items. Only received one item of a face powder from each of my 2 orders. Numerous emails between us. Keep offering poor compensation. When I reiterated I just want the missing items they never answer directly why they can’t send the missing items. My original order appeared as though items coming from the US. But infact was sent from China. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPAY

As a previous review detailed. The company only provided 1 out of the 3 items I purchased
Initially they offered 5 usd and then 8 usd as compensation. After multiple exchanges they then asked me to send the 1 item back at my expense for a full refund

Absolute scam.. and they keep you on the hook by replying to some emails. Then as soon as I mention refund they go quiet. Absolute scum of the earth these dogs. Dont be fooled, avoid them!

This site is complete rubbish. Order supposedly Laura Gellar make up pallette with foundation and brush, received just a rubbish foundation compact and nothing else. Company trying to give me $3 dollars as compensation! Cost me £33.79. Complete scam!!

Total scam! I received a string of fake flowers and I didn't order that with a fake return address. When I looked up that address it was a vacant building that is for lease so I contacted the realtor and he said he's getting 4 to 5 calls a day about this and he reported them for address fraud. Stay far away from this website!!!

not certain if this is a scam but it is definitely suspicious. will update if item received but charge was increased and cannot see how to cancel. Beware.
UPDATE pretty much a scam as feared. Product came from China, poorly made, waste of time and money. Buy an authentic order or get one on Amazon! Ouch!😣
