The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

Stay away from this seller. Low communication, absolutely no clue about complait. They send tires that look like a Egg. Also asymetric on sides. They Are refusing to give me back my money And also trying to charge me for quality check. Do not recommend
