The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

Felt like a scam it took few days longer then I expect
It take little bit longer then I expect to ship your goods.
I ment you are a check shop but you are not. Even you are trying to look like one.
The support and info about the shipment was just not enough and not good. I felt like a scam from the start.

High quality but with flaws
High-quality website. The shipment was sent on the second working day. I bought a set of rims + tires, but there was a problem. It is not possible to create a set of rims + tires according to the customer's wishes, which would be assembled together. Even support did not help. They arrived separately and I had to go to a local tire service.

**Order CZ-0525-00143 – complete disaster**
I placed an order on May 5. Only half of it was delivered. The other half was returned due to THEIR mistake – they failed to pass on my contact info to the courier. The delivery address was correct (proven by the first part being delivered).
Since then, I’ve received nothing but generic messages saying my case is “escalated” and “handled with urgency.” It’s been over 3 weeks and still no refund, no reshipment, no real response.
Support replies are clearly AI-driven – repetitive, vague, and unhelpful. Not a single real solution offered after countless emails and WhatsApp messages.
I wanted to become a regular customer. Instead, I ended up chasing tires for nearly a month.
Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and writing reviews like this.

Missing data sheet for wheel order in Czech Republic
Made an order for Wheels to Czech republic on Saturday where there is no customer support that time. I was watiing till monday and then they told me that they have no data sheet of CZ for wheels they have only german one which is not accepted in CZ and is requirement in CZ to weild them on car else your car wont make technical inspection. Therefore i have cancelled order and yet they tried to deliver me all 4 wheels. They have charged me 4x 800czk(128€) and tried to deliver that to me as hard as possible. Support is awful. Even order was "work in progress" they didnt want to cancel it. Never again, rather to buy from someone else who has all experience and information about products they are selling.

No notification received that tires…
No notification received that tires were delivered to the car shop. Given the expected delivery time passed and I waited couple more days, I called the car shop and they confirmed the tires were there. Notification from pneuleader about delivery came only days after I have already picked up the tires.
But price for tires was decent.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They cancelled my order due to "out of stock" and advised me to order again. Tires were of course more expensive. And they miracurously had them in stock now. Never going to order here again. Also waited for them 1 month
