Received resin forget me not Angel.
Waited forever for it to arrive.
Absoloute rubbish, just cut out piece of plastic with superimposed flowers printed on it.
Not worth the money, im disgusted
Don't buy from these scammed.

bloody awful con merchants! bought some lovely dainty dream catcher earrings! they arrived just pieces of plastic with a dream catcher pattern on them! this company needs taken down! the fact that they are advertising on face book is to be looked into! i was offered £3 compensation then £5! what a joke! do not use this company they will just rip you off!

I’d give no star if I had the option.
Received 2 bears, one of the bears head is on back to front.
These bears are supposed to be multi jointed with moving arms, legs and head.
They asked for a video for the fault which I did… then nothing.
I reported it to them on day I received it. Got a few argy bargy type comments back and insisted on the video…. Then nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. I’m so glad I didn’t order me. BEWARE!

ordered xmas gifts of 5 small knitted bears on 8th dec 2o25 with 7-10days delivery they didn’t arrive till 2nd Jan 2026 i have emailed 5 times asking for return instructions as they arrived too late and also they are nothing like the description on the website I paid 5.95 each bear plus 4.99 postage i have been offered £3.00 total as goodwill for not meeting my expectations and still no reply as to how i can return for a full refund of £ 29.70

My wife ordered 3 teddy bears from this company.
Each cost £2.09.
When the transaction was completed,my wife realised she had been charged£56.96. She immidiately contacted the company but was told the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled (within hours ????)
Company advised order was to be cancelled but little has happened. Have received a partial refund of £11.39 but refuse any other requests for full refund. THIS COMPANY STINKS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS OR PURCHASES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEIR ACTIONS ARE BOARDERING CRIMINAL AND DECEITFUL.

Having an absolute nightmare with this so called company. Ordered item for a Christmas gift weeks before Christmas and still not arrived. The tracking isn't even believable! I've asked for a refund and they have refused.. What to do next so so angry as this was for my grandson. This company need investigation and stopped asap!!!

Went via an ad on social media. Tiny Teddy with wooly hat for less than £3. They are £2.99!
Special offer, buy 3, get 1 free. So, OK, I can find a home for 3 so clicked that option. Seemingly, 3x2.99 is 15.99 and there's no contact details. They show the facebook logo, so i click the link, tskes me to the facebook page of a completely different company, but now they want 4.99 each with no special offer on. Screams scam to me.

This company is terrible. It deliberately misleads customers and makes it very difficult to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Really poor quality product when it (eventually) arrived after numerous chasing emails. Looked nothing like that featured on their social media advert. Avoid!

I ordered my item and when I checked out by Apple pay the notification that I got from my bank was for a lot more than the price of the item. I immediately contacted customer services and asked to cancel my order. By the time they got back to me they said it was too late it had been dispatched. I asked for a return label so that I could send it back on its arrival. The lamp arrived, it’s so cheap and nasty it would be going back anyway. Since then I have been playing email ping pong with them acting stupid, deliberately avoiding the point and generally round and round in circles. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste vast amounts of time on some cheap tat.

Ordered a pair of dark brown trousers and received a completely different shade which did not resemble the picture on the website. Approx £25 purchase price and was offered £4 goodwill gesture to keep them. Got PayPal involved and Pneumatic offered full refund if goods returned. Not financially viable to do so as they had to go back to Hong Kong which is dearer to return to than China. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered what i thought were artificial outdoor trees what i got was plastic trees nothing like the picture they were shoddy and cheaply made i was discusted and told the seller i wanted a refund as they werent worth the £34 .00 i had paid he offered my £5.00 which i declined then he offered £8.00 i declined i got pay pal to step in then he said if i retured them i would get a full refund when i saw the return address it was china was told by paypal i would get my full refund with out having to return them so the only place for this item was the bin so be careful if ordering items cause if you need tobreturn anything its CHINA not the uk

Dreadful company - do not buy anything from them. I was conned by the fake social media ad showing a legit influencer using a liquid lip liner but after I'd ordered it, I realised she was using a totally different product and their product was an unlabelled lip liner - no idea of ingrediants! I tried to cancel immediately but they said they'd already shipped it - hmmm I've never known a product be packaged and shipped so swiftly! Luckily I spent under £10 for this but please do not be conned into buying anything from them - it's a fake site and you won't get a refund if you ask for it.

This company is terrible. I spent over £32 on bras which are rubbish. They also add tax on at the end which bumps the original price up. Tried to get a refund and return and they offered me £2 compensation. I said no and they offered me £4 compensation and I could keep the bras. I said no I want to return them. They said the freight cost was too much for me! Avoid at all costs. I would give them no stars if I could.
