Scam...Do not buy !!! CHEAP QUALITY!!! 7.24.20 Finally, received this bag today and it is very small, not backpack size! Looks ok, but very thin cheap material and not worth 30.00. The Poaba emblem is on crooked and one of the side zipper pockets came with a hole at the bottom, that I will need to fix! I won't bother sending back, because I will never see my 30.00 ever again! BASICALLY, what I have now is a very colorful expensive bag to put my blowdryer and curling iron in when I travel!

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! My card had to be canceled shortly after placing my order, due to an attempt of a fraudulent purchase by ??? Thankfully, my bank suspected fraud and declined the purchase!

I never buy items like this online. Thought I was getting a good deal. Advertisement shows backpack originally 220.00 marked down 80%. I should have known! I ordered this bag over a month ago and still have not received it! After two weeks I got concerned and googled reviews and found all of these bad reviews about Poaba on trustpilot! I immediately sent a text and an email asking for my order to be cancelled, because I suspected this was a marketing bait and switch scam! And I also saw the exact same backpack on Amazon for about $14.00. I received no response. So I just kept emailing. Finally, I received a response and was told the order could not be cancelled, because it had allready shipped and they were definately not a scam! I was given no shipping details so I could track the order! Again, I listed all the reasons as to why they were a scam in a return email -- again no response! I still don't have this backpack, which more than likely will end up at a thriftstore, so I won't have to look at it! If it ever shows up at all!

Ordered two bags and they are very poor quality. The same day my bank account was hacked and roughly $2,000 taken out on various transactions!

Giving this company one star is too many stars I wouldn't give them any stars if possible I ordered a bag April 1st here it is July 15th and I have yet to receive my bag although they have received their money this site sucks after reading other reviews which I should have done it first I would never purchase from this company again.

I ordered 4 bags on July 11. I then found these reviews after I ordered them. I immediately sent in a request through their website to cancel my order. This was less than an hour later. I sent in my request before I received my confirmation email. 3 days later on July 14, they emailed me back saying my request was being denied because it was past 12 hours. In the email was my cancellation request, (which I did through the website instead of through my email), it was dated 12 hours later than when I sent it in. I only know this for sure, because the title of the email they sent me, was "Customer Message on July 11 at 5:37 PM", but my cancellation request that was attached was dated as "July 12 at 5:37 AM" (exactly 12 hours later). The whole website is a scam. I am currently emailing them back and forth to cancel my order and get my money back, as it is not my fault that they waited 3 days to email me back. (Might follow back with updates).

I was really happy I got my bag. However when I opened it, the inside smelled like fish and it was horrible! Now I don’t know if I should throw it away or what. I would like my money back since I can’t even use it. Shame!

Ordered 4 bags on May 18, 2020. I have not received them. I would like a full refund.

This is one of those scams where they make a bag in nice material for the photoshoot for their website, and then send you this cheap sweatshop bag made out of super cheap nylon. Zipper split on the first opening, seams are frayed, very cheap looking material. Got the burgundy one, it's more of a red colour than I thought it would be. It's what you would expect to find in an Asian flea market. Don't be fooled like me!

I received the bag but no good I want to return I try to contact customer service not reply yet. DO NOT BUY THE BAG LOOKS CHEAP AND NOT NICE.

After 8 weeks the bag came from China and it’s not local... website says Los Alamitos in California... the logo is crooked and poorly made.. the bag smell awful and it looks like it will fall apart quickly. Don’t waste you leave money. I contacted customer service to cancel the order ASAP and I couldn’t so now I’m stuck with a really crappy bag.

I too ordered a bag on May 10,2020. Well happy Mother’s Day to me! I haven’t received anything but emails saying it’s on it’s way. Very unhappy with this company. If it really is a “company.” This is theft on a grand scale in plain sight. Apparently they need the $29.90 more than I. Karma is real so whoever you are enjoy it now!!

ordered June4th - they charged my credit card but still nothing 1 month later...

I spent 30.00 on 6/ 25. I haven't received anything. It's now 7/06 . i read other reviews and it seems no one is getting what's paid for. I want the bag or money back.

I actually purchased 3 bags!!! And it’s been over 3 weeks!! I have received a bogus confirmation that leads to China!!!! I’ve sent emails and all I get is it’s on it’s way!!! Please how can we do something about this fraudulent company stealing our money!!!!! They should not be aloud to continue to rob people!

I ordered 2 bags on the website on 3.22 its now 7.1 & I still haven't received my order. I've been going back/forth with this company and the only thing they can tell me is "I understand your frustration, your package has been shipped & on the way." The tracking information isn't up-to-date neither is this shipping app they insisted on me downloading. It's all garbage!
I am beyond disappointed.
UPDATE:::: Today is August 13, 2020 the 2 bags I ordered on May 22, 2020 just arrived! 3-6 weeks for shipping turned into an almost 3 month journey.

ordered the bag may 16th and I realized today I never received it. so I went back to original email to track and the page no longer exists. never received my bag either. im highly upset. im out if 24.99

Very poor quality and not like advertised. Straps are cheap fabric. Very disappointed

I received seemed different...the materials seem rather tacky and there was an odd smell about it ...am not happy with it and Poaba Amaba was not the name I expected as the brand name so disappointed in my purchase.
