Further to the transactional misrepresentations of these liars, there is more, habitual it would appear, unethical behaviour. Their webpage claims they are members of or accredited by various industry bodies / associations. I hold emails from at least 3 bodies (LBMA, ICTA/NCBA, ANA) stating that Pobjoy is not their member of accredited by them. How far does the deception of Pobjoy go?

Absolutely perfect service from Pobjoy Mint! Incredible customer service, extremely fast dispatch, very well packaged orders. I cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to buying from them again. Other coin companies could learn a lot from Pobjoy Mint.

I am very happy with this company, I always get my coins on time, no problems

I can obviously only speak about my experience but they’ve been very good as far as I’m concerned. I’ve only recently started buying coins from Pobjoy Mint & all their deliveries have arrived within a few days of ordering. There was a small fault on one of the coins & they reacted very positively when I emailed them. Posted it back to them and they sent out a replacement free of charge and also overcompensated me for the money spent on the postage for me to return the coin! 5 star service !

My experience with this company has sadly got worse over the years. I collected all of the Isle of Man 50p coins without a hitch. I have collected all 50p they have made . But the last ones they have released have made me give up dealing with them. I receive an Email telling me of their release log on to be told sold out. Don’t bother with this company. I now go straight to EBay and pay a little extra but don’t get the hassle.

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could absolute diabolical company been trying to collect Hercules coins every single month I get the email to state they are available then I manage to get one in my basket to then go to pay and it comes up with host error and I can’t go any further with my purchase this has happened every single month and I’m absolutely shocked that they still haven’t got this fixed.
Will never buy from again as they only seem to allow certain people to buy them as it’s funny how I never seem to get past checkout without it failing. I get the email and I’m straight online no messing yet I still get no where absolute joke of a company

Only 1 problem I’ve had with a coin I rang pobjoy it was sorted with just a phone call which was pleasant and straightforward
Hercules collection
seems to have caused a load of problems for Pobjoy and it’s customers
Low mintage of only 1750 with 30,000 customers trying to purchase all at the same time don’t work
I’ve been lucky on the set getting enough to swap for the ones I need when I missed out because there servers crashed
Yes it got me fuming and angry 😤 I missed some because of error 101
But that alone won’t move my 5 star rating
Has I’ve had a good experience from them and there products
im sure pobjoy will learn from this for future big releases

Scam company! Milking it with the hercules series! How can someone who logged on as soon as (ie within seconds!) they receive the hercules email, get a bad gateway on checking out, then be told coin has sold out 5mins after? I bet coins are given to employees to make 1000% profit on ebay. Company made up of friends and family who closed company for a day only coz someone died.... Very fishy indeed! Ombudsman, here I come!

Placed first order, waited 7 days, phoned twice and spoke to very uninterested staff to find order is still being 'processed'.
Won't be bothering with a second order.

Disgusting behavior and joke of a company! Clearly money-grabbing with this labours of Hercules set! A poorly run site meant I had to waste 3 hours of my time! Whilst not getting the 2nd coin I now have to give up on the set or pay well over £100 to get the 2nd coin! Disgraceful!

Tried to order a coin added it to my basket, was in stock then the website crashed and when I managed to get back on the coin had sold out ...had a ridiculous excuse from Pobjoy who clearly hadn’t read my original email correctly.was my first time using them and my last

My order for Xmas Penguin 50p in a card has been cancelled due to mismanagement of Pobjoy. Some people who were among first comers to order off them managed to buy over 50 items or more ( they boast on facebook). But for those who came later left nothing..... despite my order was placed and money has been taken. It was no even email that mentioned the possibility that my order may be cancelled.

Fantastic received my 111 Xmas Penguins yesterday morning, absolutely happy with them. Great coins, great colour, going to be real collectors items in a couple of years.

Must also note that I hope that this will be the start of a new Xmas series like Gibraltar and Isle of Man before.
