PocketBook Store - did it ever exist?

I ordered and paid for a PocketBook Viva colour e-reader online from this PocketBook Store in October 2023. I paid £528. It would appear that this product never got off the ground and I have made countless futile efforts (through the site and via e-mail) to obtain a full refund. First, I received the runaround, and then later no response at all. Now I can’t even call up the site on the Internet which would lead me to believe that this “store” has disappeared along with my £528. I am writing this as a warning to others and as a suggestion to be discerning on where to purchase PocketBook products. I have since bought a PocketBook InkPad Color 3 from Sotel in Germany and the service was excellent, as is the product. You can also purchase direct from PocketBook themselves in Germany. I think I’ve waved my final and sorrowful good-bye to the £528, and I hope this posting will help you to prevent the same thing happening to you. Good luck, and happy, less costly, e-reading!
