Customer service was outstanding!! I had to change my frame order size two days after placing the order; and, it couldn't have been easier. They stopped/cancelled the UPS order and resent/resubmitted the new size. All the time being very understanding. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone...can't wait to install this pocket frame.

I'm waiting until after the holiday to tear out walls & assemble the unit. So far - great.

He was extremely helpful in making my decision. I ordered the frame and it arrived in the estimated time. I have not installed it yet.
