I've yet to assemble the frames as they just arrived and the space to install is a week or two away and install but the process there too appears undaunting save for my skills.

The double pocket door kit had to be exact size and spec in order to fit the allotted space. I confirmed via text that my order could fit a 30” x 80”. The kit was not the right size. The return of the kit is not 100% reimbursable and I was asked to cover the return shipping fee (which is exorbitant). I was then asked to return it to Home Depot. Not good business all around. Now I am stuck with a $900 kit I cannot use. I am suggesting to my entire network to purchase doors elsewhere.

I had earlier some concerns about my return inquiry response. However, after talking to Ben, those concerns have been fully addressed.

I have been so far very happy with the promised delivery time, quality of product and inquiry for clarifications.

I picked this company after an extensive Google search. I was looking for a 26inch pocket door which could be delivered on time and with good quality. Pocket Door Superstore was just about the only company that had so many customizable options (eg. lots of width options including the 26inch I was looking for). It also had the soft close option I really liked. So, I ended up picking this company, and I am pleased with the selection.

I also had ordered the privacy lock which is of a very good quality, but had to return it as I was looking for a black finish that matches the rest of the black fixtures in my bathroom.

One suggestion to the company is to offer more color finishes for the privacy lock as their products will be used in high end bath room remodeling projects.

Overall, I recommend this company for anyone looking for quality customizable pocket doors.

When purchasing the Eclisse Pocket Doors I referred to your Web Site and found literature which shows the Syntesis Pocket Door as 3.1/2" thick for use with 5/8" sheeting for a 4.3/4" finished wall thickness. In reality the pocket is 3" thick designed for 1/2" sheeting and a 4" finished wall thickness. So we had to tear out 3 walls and rebuild for the 3" Eclisse pocket door furnished.

I received only one of 2 kits. I have made numerous attempts to contact these people via e mail and phone without any success. I am more than frustrated,my next move is to contact cc and see if I can dispute the charge.
