For no reason all my episodes on all my stories have have been lost mid story. I either delete and leave every book half read, or start again with same system of an episode or 2 a day or pay again! Shocking!!

This app keeps trying to force you to listen to stories you have no interest in. Even when you pay to listen to the story of your choice.

How disrespectful!

My story is very good and I can give 5 stars for that. I am now on the second chapter with only one 1episode free and 2 more episodes free when watching adverts ( on first chapter was 3 episodes free and after you can unlock two more by watching adverts) Now it takes me so long time to read the book and for that reason I not will be reading chapter 3 and
will be deleting the app. And one more thing that is annoying, when you finish reading your free part on the day, they automatically start reading different stories without you asking, and that annoys me every day. I better buy that book and put it on my shelf after reading or buy a book on the Audible app. Nice stories but rubbish app. I don't advise using this app to my friends or enemies.

Absolute entertainment

The stories that I have listened to on Pocket FM start out very interesting and the plot is really good, but about halfway in the characters personalities change the family’s disappear, the friends disappear, and it becomes very disappointing. And you keep listening, because you keep wanting the original story to come back and it never does. It feels like you’ve lost the family that you’ve been reading about and you end up getting these idiots that were strong individuals.

I am enjoying the story, the Duke's Masked Bride, very much. The are errors with spelling and grammar, but I can overlook that.
The price to hear episodes is too high. So far I have managed to use other options in order to listen to the series, but I don't know how long I will be able to do so.
What I can't overlook is the narration or the voices used by the reader. There is only one woman doing it and I feel sorry for her because there are 24 or 25 voices. It's a period piece, 1700's approximately. She's had to resort to giving her latest character a Jersey Shore accent. There should be at least one other reader, if not two more. It would certainly improve the listening experience.
Another thing that I find annoying is that I cannot leave a comment at the end of an episode. I can reply to someone else's comment, which is hardly helpful.
Their is no customer support. The FAQ is limited, so if your problem isn't included too bad. If you try their chat option with the help bot it's the same categories as in the FAQ. I can't add an original question.
The AI pictures drive me nuts. As each picture gives way to the next, the clothing on the characters changes. One guy was in chainmail and others are in 3 piece suits. Every woman is blond except for the dress maker who has brown hair, cut short, when it should be long. The heroine has a scarred face, but she is shown repeatedly as not having any scar.
Lastly, the author of the series I am currently listening to has not done her research. Some of her characters are from the nobility, but she doesn't use the correct form for addressing them. Their is running water in the homes, but no central heating or lighting. way too many inconsistencies
I don't think this is the best service out there.
