Shocking customer service

Placed an order, which I needed for Christmas Day, on 19 December. I placed the order because the estimated delivery was 21-22 December, so there was still a couple of days leeway. It didn’t arrive until 29 December, which rendered it totally useless to me, this was a Christmas product. I emailed on 23 & 24 Dec, in response I have had an automated email saying they would respond on their return on 4 January. They still haven’t replied. They will take your money but not interested after that.

We purchased tiktac pocket folds from…

We purchased tiktac pocket folds from Pocketfold Invites and loved them! They were delivered very quickly, and were a great touch to add to our favours. Original idea that we hadn't seen before, and lots of guests commented on them.

Bought 2 pkts of there wedding scratch…

Bought 2 pkts of there wedding scratch card holder of Amazon, I was five short I phoned to see if it was possible just to order 5 and they did them straight away. Excellent customer service and lovely products.
