Incorrect Item & Horrible Customer Service
Received an ornament with a picture of people I didn't know on it. Ordered it at the beginning of December and didn't receive it until January. Sent customer service an email about it and they promptly replied asking for a photo of the incorrect item so they could start the process to fix the mistake. Never heard from them again and I've sent them several more emails asking for an update. This was a special ornament for my mom and I'm very upset that we'll never see it.

Small to fit
The print and personalizations are great. However the shirts all seem small to fit and are short. Don’t think they will wear well for long.
