Well, I haven’t had the product yet, but I wanted to give them five stars on customer service. I told them the ongoing issues I’ve had with the Cold Plunge company and how their customer service has been subpar at best.
I’ve had ongoing issues with PLUNGE which are covered by warranty, but they’re not listening to me and just sending random parts that aren’t fixing the issue and I told THEM what I think is wrong and they still haven’t sent that part but the POD company from the very minute I asked questions and told them about myself and the ongoing issues I’ve had with PLUNGE, POD has been nothing but fantastic to make sure that I was happy and accommodated.
I’m getting exactly what I needed and nothing more not trying to oversell if anything trying to accommodate and not seem annoyed or bothered by my emails just a customer first attitude from the very beginning.

Review for Customer Service - I was looking at the Sauna Pod and reached out to their customer service team for more info. They were very informative, nice, and timely in their responses, and were able to get me the best deal for what I was looking for - even offering me a discount. I haven't received the product yet, but so far my experience with their support team has been great.
Top-Notch Product AND Customer Service
First, let me start by saying, I LOVE this product. The benefits of a true Finnish-style sauna for both brain and body health cannot be overstated. The Pod Company has made this accessible to those who don't have thousands to spend. I walk out of each sauna session feeling calm, restored, and renewed. Second, the service is TOP NOTCH. I've had a few issues with my motor, and every time, the Pod Company does the right thing and helps me sort out the problem, including providing a replacement when needed. We need more companies like the Pod Company - making innovative products, and standing by them, as well as their customers. Thank you Pod Company - once I work up the nerve to get cold, I am going to buy a cold plunge to go with the Sauna Pod!

My heater broke after only one month of use. However, Alex with customer service was very helpful in getting me a replacement heater quickly. Hopefully the second one last longer.
Revised: if you get the upgraded fabric and newer heater. Absolutely do not buy a Sauna Pod
Absolutely do not buy a Sauna Pod. It will not maintain a temperature above 165 and once they have your money the only recourse is they keep sending new heating units. No way to get your money back for this falsely advertised product.
After nearly 6 months, 3 heating units, and now a new more insulated fabric, temps are finally maintaining as planned.

Our experience with the Pod Company has been great. We really enjoy our Sauna Pod and our Ice pod. We had a warranty claim with the sauna pod at month 4 and Tamara and the warranty team handled it efficiently. Good company that backs their products and provides solid customer support.
