Got what I thought was Adidas black Newcastle United trainers, the Adidas logo was printed on the side of trainers. I asked for a refund but was rejected. I paid by PayPal and got partial refund but had to pay for parcel to be returned . About £40 out of pocket for a delivery that cost £110. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

FAKE SHOES FAKE COMPANY. I ordered some Jordan 4's. They came in a box that said made in Vietnam but the shoes said made in China. The shoes were in a plastic ziploc bag with fake Stock X decals. I contacted the company and said I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund. "Customer Success Manager" Trina Clayeux said they only sell high quality products and since I got the shoes and they were high quality they could only offer me a 10% refund. I pushed back and they said they could offer me a 20% refund. A couple days later they asked for my PayPal email address because that's how they could quickly provide a refund.....I am still waiting for any refund.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO ACCEPT FAKE PRODUCTS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT GETTING REFUNDS.

I cancelled order 2 hours after placing it No response from company Finally received email 9 days afterward stating cancellation/refund policy Replied that I had stopped credit card payment and considered this over. Day later received email that order is being prepared to ship Still unable to contact anyone by phone or email

Counterfeit sneakers! No bar code on shoe tongue to match shoe box plus a cut (should be attached to the sneaker) authentic disk just laying in the box with a Sock X card inside- all to deceive the buyer. Additionally they arrived a month after Christmas even though they were guaranteed to arrive by Dec 19, (they were a gift for a kid). Lesson learned- I’ll only buy from Nike from now on!

Total scam. Do Not Order!! Shoes were a gift but were to small they refused to refund .

One star is too generous. My son paid over $80 for a pair of shoes to give me for Christmas. They were obviously way too large. I sent pics of the shoes along with the original confirmation email and they refused to exchange or refund the payment.

I ordered a pair of J4 Motorsports for Christmas and the process was very smooth. My order came a few weeks later, but the box was a little damaged, other than that Poddleshop is great. 10/10 must try again!

Complete SCAM never received product no response to email no one answers phone. Go to StockX or Stadium Goods if you want to deal with a reputable company! Horrible the way people conduct business someone shut this company down.

Scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM PODDLESHOP. It’s a guy in Vietnam collecting cash off PayPal.

I am so mad I let myself be scammed by these low lives. This site is so fraudulent. They took my payment, provided trackers for my package. Never received it. The phone numbers are fake, you can't talk to anyone, and the email for customer service is also fake. I can't believe how many people have been scammed off this site, but it is still up. Such a shame the world we live in.

If I could go lower than a 1, I would. This business is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shoes, but I could tell they were too small before even trying them on. Also, the box they came in was completely damaged. I left voicemail after voicemail, and email after email. Finally, after almost 3 weeks, they contacted me back and said that none of those reasons were good enough reasons to do a return or exchange. Such a complete joke & waste of money. DON’T FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS

Fraud! Ordered shoes, asked to exchange and they said - haha, nope! Then noticed they also charged sales tax and the shoes were shipped to NJ - there is no sales tax on clothes or shoes in NJ.

They are not located where they say they are, phone number listed on site is not in service. Fool me once, shame on you .. never again! STAY AWAY from this merchant.

This company sent me a kids size shoe and kept claiming that they sent the womens size that I ordered. Even with photo proof of the length of the shoe, they refused to process an exchange or return. Fraud.

Surprisingly, this site has existed for six months and there are no particularly negative reviews, although everyone should know that these are scammers) Their addresses do not exist in the USA, there is no store either, they send them from Hong Kong. But this is not the most important thing! I made an order and received a Fedex number about the shipment....firstly, I saw that the shipment was sent from Hong Kong, and secondly, I noticed that the weight of the parcel was 0.5 kg or 1.1 lbs, but a pair of these sneakers in the box weighs at least 800 grams!! I wrote to them to explain! I received an answer from another email and from another store!!! They sent me links to their rules but these links lead to another store armymerch.shop !!!!
I looked at my PayPal payment and saw that I sent the payment to an individual and not to a store. I also saw that sending the package was suspended.
In their response, they told me that I can return the payment only if I receive the parcel and within 16 days I try to prove to them that the parcel was not what I ordered) I will not waste my nerves before Christmas! I just won’t pick up the parcel, I’ll write a refusal to receive it. I will open a dispute with PayPal and be sure to provide them with all the facts of the alleged fraud! I ask you - do not buy in this store!!! There is a very high risk of getting a fake, low quality product, difficulties with returns and possible loss of money! I am sure that all the above facts tell us that these are scammers!!

Was a little leery since I could find ANY reviews for this online store. I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan’s and was pleasantly surprised at the ship and arrival time! Came very quickly, and had authentication info included. Had zero issues and would order again!
