Re writing my reviews as was pressured by the delivery driver to do it on the spot and he even took my phone and added his name to the reviews so he could get a bonus.

I financed a car through Car Money who I cannot fault. They recommended Podium however I do not. I was sold a car that had a Tyre Pressure Monitor Failure which was obviously cleared by the driver as it has popped up within a couple of miles of me driving the car.

The wheels weren't balanced when they changed tyres, when I went to get these balanced (at my own expense as was going away and didn't have much time to ask for authorisation from warranty) my mechanic discovered I had a dangerous fault where my wheel bearing was completely gone!

Bear in mind, I spoke to Podium and explained we were going on a long drive to Lake District and was hoping to get the car delivered asap ... They knew I have 2 young children and still knowingly sold me a car that was not up to safety standard. The bodywork is horrific which i couldn't check much at 10pm when it was delivered in the dark and raining!

Anyway fast forward to me getting the wheel bearing fixed on warranty, it took around 2-3 weeks to get paid back, and got a "good will gesture" payment for the tyre pressure monitoring system which won't even cover half of this.

I have not even received my V5C yet and I purchased my vehicle on 23rd October. It is now 16th December! Don't bother emailing because they won't email you back and when you call them they want you off the phone as quickly as possible.

Thankfully I no longer have to deal with them. They're very lucky I haven't taken this to small claims court as myself and my children could have been in horrific danger over something that was supposedly checked in an inspection (says this on paperwork and a break housing was changed so this issue SHOULD have been noticed as it's the same wheel!!!)

Anyway. I hope this review will help others avoid Podium at all costs. And if you do use them, tell the driver you want to write your own reviews when you've finished your service with them completely! Not let them take your phone off you and add your Google account to multiple sites and then get flagged for fraudulent activity!

KJ is really professional, talked me through everything in detail, and made sure i left there with full understanding and no doubts. truly amazing!
