None of the promised add ons were there or up to a good standard. Not sure what you are getting other than a basic tent. Wouldnt recommend.

Pod pad and deposit being returned anyone?

Actually went to the runfest festival and stayed in the pod pad tent. However I cannot believe runfest use this company. Over 3 weeks and they ignore my emails and will not return my deposit. When you go to a well organised event like runfest you expect a certain level of assurance that they do not use unscrupulous companies. Will not be doing that again!

Awful refund policy

Awful refund policy. Festival postponed last year and has been cancelled this year. Only 50% refund given. They have had my money for 15 months and I know this has happened to many others.

Festivals cancelled due to Covid

Festivals cancelled due to Covid, pod pads refund £150 out of £300. Some companies have clearly made money out of Covid due to their immoral T&Cs, I shall take my £150 refund, buy a tent with it and never give them my custom again.

Disgusting cancellation policy - read the T&C's, then do not use this company

I too have been jipped by this company.
Large belle tent booked in July 2019 for the festival in July 2020. The world came to an end and festival delayed until 2021, I happily rolled over the booking.
2021 comes around and festival cancelled, podpads have the decency to only offer a 50% refund. Seriously? Disgraceful and immoral. Highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid this company.

Disgrace

I will be attaching the email threads over the past 8 months. After excuse and excuse delaying the refund they promised the member of the party responsible for booking the tickets felt so annoyed at the potential loss of the money (as it was felt it would never be refunded) asked for 50% back. after not being able to pay the full amount for 8 months they could suddenly fork out half of the sum within the next few days. It somewhat feels as if podpads were delaying it until we gave in. This company could be argued as fraudulent. As show in my prior review, they will provide a refund if challenged. Will till be taken further for sure as this is unacceptable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely disgusting they will not provide a full refund due to covid, an offer of rolling it over was made but because IOW festival have moved to a different month I cant go. They are basically taking money from many people and not providing anything in return which is illegal no matter what thier terms state. I will now be going down the legal route and logging a complaint with government....

Google how they have handled COVID 19 cancellations before you buy . . .

I could not believe the level of incompetence in their customer service when dealing with the COVID 19 festival cancellations. I will not be doing business with them in the future because of this. I would ask you to seriously think about if you value good customer service before you purchases any of their pods.

I'd also suggest you do some googling on how they have handled their cancellations and how they offered 50% refund to some customers but full refunds to others. Their cancellation policy seems to beat odds with the UK Marketing and Competition Authority guidelines.

Awful Company

The WORST company i’ve ever had to deal with, booked for go to Isle of Wight festival it has been cancelled, the festival itself has given us a full refund for the tickets but Podpads the company we were using for accommodation has only provided a 50% refund. we spent £490 between 2 people and have only received a 50% refund. They claim it’s for additional costs but they’ve never provided any service? The responses were rude and robotic and they have left several other people out of pocket in these difficult circumstances. Stay well away from this company they have zero compassion as well keeping money they should be refunding people. I know i am not the first person this has happened too!

Awful company!

Awful company! Avoid!

Please do not book with this company! They refuse to issue refunds when for an event that was cancelled, ignored numerous calls & emails, and blatantly sent time-wasting & copy & paste replies. We only received replies to our emails after getting the festival involved and even had to constantly follow up on emails. We asked numerous questions and requests for information, all were ignored. We pleaded with them to show compassion due to our current final situation, we were ignored. We attempted to negotiate a fair deal as of course we appreciate how difficult it is to be a small business, we were yet again ignored. If they provided us with the above I’m sure we would have been a lot more understanding however simply ignoring questions and emails is NOT Professional.

I’m shocked so many popular festivals use this company! We will never book with them again or unfortunately go to the festival we originally booked due to missing out on much money and have having such a negative experience!

Please do not use them as a supplier for your event or book with them!
