You need to be very very careful if you…

You need to be very very careful if you are going to use this service. It could well be a scam. It is a company registered in the UK "Staten Island Limited" and the address is that of the registration "Companies House". There does not appear to be any way to take a complaint above customer support. In their website they state that if you cant find the manual on their data base they will find it and send it to you within 24 business hours. I did not receive it within 24 business hours. What I did receive was a charge for 24 euros two months after my initial request.
When I asked for a refund, as I did not receive the manual.....a member of their professional support team sent me an extraordinary message saying "We sent the manual on April 19th. WHY ARE YOU LYING?" UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
