Ordered a bag for a special occasion

Ordered a bag for a special occasion. Bag arrived timely and was beautiful for the most part. However, the bag was damaged. Whether or not this was during shipping or prior is unknown. Both the packaging and bag were damage. I provided proof with photos and bag has all tags etc still in tact. I was ignored for over 24 hours. Finally got a response I'd receive a replacement. I asked a few days later for tracking etc and was told it would ship out soon (the upcoming monday). I waited and nothing. I messaged Wednesday and have been ignored since. We are now going on almost two weeks with dropped communication and no new bag with return packaging for the damaged bag. For reference - the bag had a slash on the flap that looked to be cut.
