Annual membership seems to be a waste of money. All gift cards have been removed (aside from the welcome ones which I can't claim any more of!) and I don't want to enter giveaways for metal straws.

It started out great but now it's dwindled and I find that I have to force myself to log on.

This is a good site for playing games and collecting rewards but!!! and there is a but, its a shame the points can only be collected to enter draws, and only vouchers can be gotten if you pay an amount.... So not as good as you first may think 🤔

I think it is dead easy to get your points up and able to get the vouchers I just feel personally there isn't that many vouchers to chose from

Started out fine - play games and you get points to exchange for rewards. Except now there aren't any awards, just draws you have to buy entries for with your points. There used to be vouchers from Tesco, Amazon, Argos, all useful. Now there's nothing. I was paying for premium membership. I'll be cancelling that if it doesn't improve. I'm effectively paying to enter prize draws, which is gambling and needs a licence. Not happy at all

I joined Pointvoucher and opted for annual membership after trying for one month. Initially there were lots of gift cards for premium member and you also get point for watching short video.
Now there are no video to earn points and no gift card. I am really disappointed with the service. They just made me to signup for premium membership and now no use if I can't get the gift card.
Very frustrated!!

When 1st started was great app and fair enough put cost of gift cards up as was too cheap. Then put cost of cards up again which is bit annoying but fair enough. Now I cant even get any gift cards apart from waitrose which is miles away spoke to the team to see if getting more cards next month but reply was similar to this month which to me wont be good enough for me to pay for another subscription which is next month

Amazing gaming site n really cash vouchers

Okay so I do like some of the games pointvoucher has, but if your paying a site to make money you're fooling yourself.
You're really only "earning" points in exchange for the fee you pay every month. And your still watching all the ads they get paid for so you're not getting paid for anything. Make sure you read through carefully how it works before signing up.

I enjoy playing the games and the rewards are wonderful too.

So the first time i signed up for premium i did get what i was promised however my membership ran out. I decided to rejoin & it said when i do i will get 150,000 points. Nowhere does it mention that this only applies to first-time members only. So i spent £5 and the only thing i get is to collect more points, its a waste & scam

This offer was even repeated to me on the sign up page when I clicked through and signed up.
Today £27.99 has been taken from my account

Previous review removed as it turns out the issues I was experiencing were caused by me. A big thank you to Lizzie from customer services for helping me get the issues resolved, I should have familiarized myself with the terms and conditions. Responses from customers services are swift and issues are resolved quickly. Games are easy to play and you can earn coins fairly quickly to redeem against gift cards.

This company is a fraud, I signed up for a premium membership and first month I got all my vouchers, this month I have redeemed my point for more vouchers, and now they have put my account on hold saying I am doing suspicious activities, which is I am using a automatic system to gain points. I have never done any of that and have asked for evidence, lets see what evidence they send me or maybe they wont reply to my email anymore. I am furious about this, spent so much time and effort to gain my points. it look likes they take your £30 and ONLY PAY FOR THE 1ST MONTH AND THEN BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT SAYING YOUR ARE DOING SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS
