This was a great transaction start to finish, due to UK supplier delaying some 151 to UK retailers my order was delayed but pokefy kept updated and assured me my delivery will come into stock and will be delivered to me, and it was, I can't recommend this company enough, I will always order from here because communication is great and the prices are good as well as the delivery being fast and tracked!!! 5 star in my opinion

Great experience, I placed a pre order as this company was the only shop online I could find with pre order slots left. I was a bit hesitant as I had never heard of them and they seemed new and small. On social media I saw some people asking about the authenticity of this company with a few people saying to stay away by instinct. I received my item and received really good customer service throughout. All my emails were answered swiftly and I was updated throughout.
I would definitely recommend this Company

Slight delay in my order but that was through a national shortage and no fault of pokefy. Communication was great, I was kept updated. Will definitely use again.

Bit dissapointed I wasn't informed of a set back with the product till I made an enquiry and website still showed original dare for shipping even though it was put back to the 20th
More so as this was meant to be for my sons birthday and had to rush about getting a replacement present

I have ordered Pokemon 151 items which never arrived

Contacted the company and they advised there were "supplier issues" after they took way more pre-orders than they ever had stock guarantees for

Attempted to contact them again for an update 1 week later - No response

Again 3 days later - No response

The next day I contacted them again and they replied that once they have an update, they'll send an email

Checking through their FB page reveals lots of people having the same issues and concerns expressed about this "business"

I recommend spending your money elsewhere

100% scam, please don't use this company.

Pre-ordered a box of 151 booster bundle and never arrived. No response from team. Luckily I used a CC and managed to chargeback.

Sure I ordered for a Sunday delivery, unless I read the options wrong, and it came two days early while I wasn't in, which was frustrating considering how much the fee was. Other than that, thank you!

Ordering on the site is nice and simple. I was sceptical with it being such a new site, but I got instant notifications on order progression, and got home today on release day to the obsidian flames booster box. Very excited to open.
