I've ordered multiple times in the past from them via the old name. This is the first time since the name change.

Love that they offer Free Shipping for orders over 25 euro especially seeing most times places charge you 6-8 euro to ship. Prices are reasonable and shipping is super fast. Definitely worth checking out the store.

On March 13, 2026, I made a purchase from this website using my credit card. They charged the payment, but the next day they canceled my order. For the past 19 days, I have been trying to التواصل with them properly, asking them to either send the products or refund my money.

I have been attempting to reach them every day through all the communication channels they have listed on their website. They say they will issue a refund, but they do not. The contact number they provided on their website is invalid and not in use.

If you want to be scammed, you can gladly choose them.

The packaging was excellent, and for the price, with free shipping, there's nothing to complain about at all.

Everything went smooth, packed well, delivered well, good price. And after I had some questions and they answered fast.

It was great, the package came here earlier then expected with a cute sticker and pendend. It was all really nice and unexpected the package was in great condition too so absolutely no complaint. I will definitely buy from you all again!

I placed an order in 2024. (5x Eevee & 20x Espeon 3-pack blister packs from Fusion Strike + 3 Luxray Checklane blister packs from Evolving Skies)
I received 11x Eevee blister packs and 3x Luxray Checklane blister packs in very poor condition. It was almost impossible to make a complaint, as they generally do not respond to emails and can only be contacted via chat.
After I returned the order at my own expense and the package was verifiably picked up, I did not receive a response for weeks; then I was told that the package had not been received, and finally I was accused of not returning all the items, even though the order included a note listing the items that were not included. This is by far the worst shop I have ever ordered from. Save your energy and money unless you want to be cheated. Result: a loss of €260 and a lot of time and energy wasted.

Ordered Fusion strike blister but received lost origin. No returns and the customer service is non-existent. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! I had a review up on here before but apparently someone took it down whether that be trustpilot or Pokemonwinkel. If you want to save some money and nerves then don't order from here.

Scam. Do not purchase. Similar to many stories here I made a purchase advertised as next day delivery over a month ago. They purchased the shipping label but then did not provide the parcel to postnl (postnl confirm this). I have reached out multiple times via every listed communication and no response. Delays happen but given the above fact pattern I believe my order will not be fulfilled and if there were a delay it should have been communicated.

Made an order on their webshop, but haven't received my product. Mutual communication is, unfortunatly, non-existent. I've mailed them about the issue, but no replies yet till this day.
